A train collided with an 18-wheeler outside of Cameron, Texas, Tuesday morning (Feb. 23), police confirmed to Fox News.
According to the Cameron Police Department, the collision resulted in the BNSF train, which was carrying fuel tanks, exploding. BNSF refers to the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company,” authorities said, calling it a hazardous materials accident.
Local news outlet KXXV reported that the train crew and truck driver survived the crash without serious injuries.
