Mainland domestic vaccines are not safe official internal warning out

The Chinese Communist Party is engaged in vaccine diplomacy, but the safety and efficacy of China’s domestic vaccines are being questioned by outsiders.

For more than a year, the Chinese Communist Party has been engaged in vaccine diplomacy, but the safety and effectiveness of Chinese-made vaccines have been questioned by outsiders. Internal documents obtained recently reveal that the Chinese Communist Party issued secret documents to notify and warn of various abnormal reactions to vaccinations.

Exclusive: Authorities Issue Warning Notices for Abnormal Reactions to Domestic Vaccinations

Recently, a document issued by the Medical Treatment Group of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council of the Communist Party of China in response to the Epidemic on December 23, 2020, “Notice on the Issuance of the Technical Plan for the Treatment of Commonly Suspected Abnormal Preventive Vaccination Reactions to the New Coronavirus (Chinese Communist Virus) Vaccine” was obtained.

Subsequently, the Office of the Command of the Leading Group of Guangxi Epidemic Prevention and Control issued a similar notice on December 29, 2020, titled “Notice on the Issuance of the Technical Plan for the Treatment of Commonly Suspected Abnormal Preventive Vaccination Reactions to the New Coronavirus (CCP) Vaccine in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region”.

The notice, marked “This document is not public”, lists a number of abnormal reactions that may occur after vaccination with domestic vaccines. For example, acute allergic reactions, fainting, convulsions, mass hysteria, and even respiratory and cardiac arrests may occur, and other serious suspected abnormal reactions to vaccination.

As mentioned in the section “Types of suspected abnormal reactions to vaccination”, general reactions mainly include fever and local redness, and may be accompanied by a combination of symptoms such as general malaise, lethargy, fatigue, and loss of appetite.

Local reactions: redness, swelling, infiltration, pain and pressure, hard nodes, enlarged lymph nodes, lymphadenitis, pus and scar, keloid, etc., with redness, swelling, pain and hard nodes being the most common.

Fever reaction: fever reaction body temperature (axillary temperature) at 37.1-37.5℃ is weak reaction; 37.6-38.5℃ is medium reaction; ≥38.6℃ is strong reaction.

Self-perceived symptoms and signs: common manifestations include headache, dizziness, fatigue, general malaise, irritability; fever, chills, upper respiratory cartilage symptoms, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc.; rash, swollen parotid glands, joint pain or arthritis and other symptoms are also seen.

Serious adverse reactions are called abnormal reactions, which mainly refer to the reactions related to causing damage to the tissues and organs and functions of the organism of the seed recipient. They can be divided into non-specific reactions, biologically specific reactions, allergic reactions, neurological complications, reactions caused by immune deficiencies, etc.

For example, the clinical manifestations of biologically specific reactions vary in severity, and some serious reactions can be Life-threatening if not treated in Time; allergic reactions are also called allergic reactions. Serious cases require prompt treatment and can result in death if not treated properly.

In the document titled “Procedure for the treatment of anaphylaxis from vaccination”, it is described that the operation is considered to be related to vaccination, and the operation is immediately terminated and no further contact with the vaccine liquid is allowed. The patient must also be taken to a resuscitation room.

In the document “Basic Life Support Process”, the authorities describe that if you find someone suddenly collapsed at a vaccination site, check if the patient is responsive, immediately call the emergency team, contact 120, fetch a defibrillator/AED and resuscitation equipment (or ask someone else to fetch it), etc.

Previously, Tao Lina, a former immunization expert at the Shanghai Center for Disease Control and Prevention, posted the instructions of a domestic vaccine on the Internet, revealing that there were as many as 73 side effects after vaccination, ranging from common headaches, fever and fatigue to loss of vision, loss of taste, and even severe urinary incontinence, making him call it “the world’s most unsafe vaccine.

After being pressured, Taurina changed her tone and apologized.

Exclusive: Guangxi Liuzhou set up an expert group for medical treatment and investigation and diagnosis of vaccination

The “Notice on the Establishment of Autonomous Region Medical Treatment and Investigation and Diagnosis Expert Group for New Coronavirus (CCP) Vaccination” dated December 24, 2020 from the Command of Guangxi Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group shows that Liuzhou has also established a vaccination medical treatment and investigation and diagnosis expert group for vaccination.

The expert groups are mainly composed of experts in emergency Medicine, neurology, cardiovascular, critical care, respiratory, immunology, pediatrics, testing, infectious diseases, psychiatric, microbiology, skin, nursing, epidemiology and other specialties.

The investigation and diagnosis expert group is responsible for the epidemiological investigation, diagnosis and technical guidance of emergency disposal of suspected cases or events of serious abnormal reactions to vaccines in the region. The team leaders are Lu Qinglin, director of the Disease Control Division of the Guangxi health Care Commission, and Lin Mei, director of the Guangxi CDC.

According to current affairs commentator Li Linyi, the Chinese Communist authorities are clearly preparing for possible abnormal reactions of patients after mass vaccination. And judging from these notifications as if they were on the brink, I’m afraid the rate of such serious reactions is not as low as the authorities have claimed.

Behind the emergency plan for vaccine safety incidents issued by the authorities in Liuzhou, Guangxi

In addition, the Liuzhou government issued the document “Notice on the Issuance of the Emergency Plan for Vaccine Safety Incidents in Liuzhou City (for Trial Implementation)” on December 29, 2020.

In the section of “Vaccine Safety Event Grading Standards and Response Levels”, the document introduces that the safety event grading standards are particularly significant vaccine safety event, significant vaccine safety event, large vaccine safety event, and general vaccine safety event.

If a particularly significant vaccine safety event is a Class I response level, the criteria are: 1. the same batch of vaccine causes more than 5 cases of patient deaths in a short period of time; 2. the number of people with similar clinical manifestations and rare or unanticipated adverse events caused by the same vaccine batch number in a relatively concentrated time and area exceeds 20; or causes particularly serious adverse events (which may cause permanent disability, permanent damage to organ functions or endanger life) exceeds 5; 3. other vaccine safety events that cause particularly serious harm and social impact.

According to Li Linyi, although this document mentioned above is the content of the authorities’ initiative to make public, it is really doubtful about the proportion of abnormal reactions to domestic vaccines for the authorities to issue such a pre-plan before the mass vaccination against the Chinese Communist virus.

Exclusive: Once the vaccination goes wrong Guangxi requires vaccine companies to compensate themselves

In addition, obtain the “Notice on the compensation of abnormal reactions to vaccination against the new coronavirus (CCP virus) in key populations” from Guangxi Health Care Commission on December 25, 2020. The document shows that in the event of problems with vaccination, Guangxi requires vaccine manufacturers to compensate patients on their own.

According to the notice, compensation for abnormal reactions to vaccination is for vaccine recipients who are diagnosed or identified as having an abnormal reaction to vaccination or cannot be ruled out as an abnormal reaction, and the compensation cost is borne by the manufacturer of the vaccine the recipient received.

Slow progress in vaccination against CCP virus on the mainland

After more than a decade of multiple vaccine scandals and pharmaceutical chaos, the quality of vaccines on the mainland is in question.

Currently, China is making slow progress in vaccination.

On December 15, 2020, the Communist Party’s National Health Commission (NHC) said it would complete 100 million doses of vaccinations for 50 million key populations seven days before the Yellow New Year (February 5) and ensure that all two doses are completed by February 5 (New Year’s Eve is February 11).

According to data from the Communist Party’s National Health Commission, as of Feb. 9, only 40.52 million doses of vaccinations had been reported on the mainland, far short of the official figure announced by the Communist Party.

Bloomberg reported that the Communist Party delayed the 50 million target “by nearly two months” until the end of March.

On Feb. 18, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said it had provided “vaccine aid” to 53 countries and had exported and was exporting vaccines to 22 countries.

In addition, the lack of enthusiasm for vaccination among the mainland population, and even the refusal of Communist Party officials and health care workers to vaccinate, is also one of the reasons.
