Texas crude oil production gradually resumes, oil prices fall

Crude Oil futures prices fell to their lowest in 1 week today as oil extraction in the U.S. state of Texas gradually resumed.

West Texas Intermediate crude oil futures in the New York market fell $1.28 to close at $59.24 per barrel.

April futures for North Sea Brent crude in the London market fell $1.02 to close at $62.91 a barrel, the biggest one-day drop since Jan. 15.
