Town hall meeting repeatedly mentions Trump Biden: I’m tired of talking about Trump all the time

U.S. President Joe Biden attends a CNN town hall meeting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Feb. 16, 2021.

President Joe Biden attended a CNN town hall meeting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Tuesday (16). In his remarks, Biden did not forget to blame Trump, despite expressing his weariness of talking about former President Trump all the Time.

With Trump’s impeachment trial ending in acquittal, Biden is poised to use the town hall meeting to sell his $1.9 trillion relief package directly to Americans. Earlier, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Biden will use the occasion to talk to and approach the American people about his plan to contain the Epidemic and get people back to work.

Biden has previously avoided mentioning Trump by name, calling him “ex” at one point in the town hall. In public speeches, Biden and his top aides have generally sought to avoid mentioning Trump by name, referring instead to the former administration in general.

But Biden still regularly uses Trump’s handling of the Communist virus pandemic to justify his administration’s negligence in vaccinating the nation.

When asked by CNN host Anderson Cooper when Americans would have access to the vaccine, Biden replied that it would not be until July, then explained that the situation before he took over was that there were not enough people to actually administer the vaccine and that there was “virtually no federal guidance” on how to vaccinate Americans .

Biden also inaccurately stated at one point that there were “no vaccines at all” in his inventory when he took office.

Biden acted annoyed when constant references to Trump were needed.

“For four years, all the news has been about Trump. For the next four years, I want to make sure that all the news is about the American people. I’m tired of talking about Trump all the time, and I don’t want to talk about him anymore.” When asked about Trump’s acquittal by the Senate in his second impeachment trial, Biden said.

But the reality is that Democrats have been “obsessed” with Trump. After the Senate acquitted Trump in the impeachment case, the Democrats plotted to prosecute Trump again. Pusaki revealed that the Biden Administration will have an “independent Department of Justice” decide whether to investigate Trump and possibly file a lawsuit against him. Biden has also repeatedly stressed that the decision rests with the Department of Justice.

Biden’s choice for Attorney General, Merrick Garland, is expected to be questioned on the matter at his Senate confirmation hearing on Feb. 22.
