Families of nursing home victims demand federal investigation of Cuomo

Families of New York City residents who died in nursing homes held a rally at noon on Feb. 17 to demand a federal investigation of Cuomo.

On February 17, several families of nursing Home patients who died from COVID-19 (Chinese Communist Virus) held a protest in front of the Southern District of New York Attorney’s Office to denounce Governor Cuomo’s repeated cover-ups and denials of nursing home death figures and to demand that the Department of Justice immediately launch an investigation of Cuomo.

Event organizer Vivian Zayas, founder of Voice For Seniors, said she founded Voice For Seniors to speak out for nursing home residents after her own mother died of Neocon pneumonia in a nursing home last April. elderly residents and to seek justice for all senior citizens who have been neglected and harmed.

“The recent expose on the Cuomo administration says they ‘froze’ the data for fear that the real data ‘will be used against us.'” She said at the rally on the 17th, “A ‘freeze’ informed me of my mother’s death from COVID-19, and I ‘froze’ when I heard Governor Cuomo shrink the nursing home death numbers by more than 40 percent up.”

Zayas said it’s Time to investigate Cuomo, “What really happened at the nursing home? Cuomo doesn’t care, we care!”

Zayas said the purpose of the rally is to tell the Biden administration that their loved ones are more than just some numbers, and that they are demanding a transparent and honest federal investigation into the needless deaths of their loved ones.
