Former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo‘s adviser on China, Yu Maochun, said in an exclusive interview recently that the U.S. has hit the nail on the head by making a distinction between the fact that China is not the same as the Chinese Communist Party. And the international community is increasingly recognizing this situation and using it to shape China Policy. See the detailed report.
Former U.S. Secretary of State Pompeo adviser Yu Maochun: “The notion that the Chinese Communist Party can represent 1.4 billion Chinese people is absolutely absurd. The Chinese government knows that. That’s why they panicked when Secretary of State Pompeo said “the Chinese people are not the same as the Chinese Communist Party. That’s what they (the CCP) care most about, because that mask is ridiculous and they know it. They fear that the mask will disintegrate because of its own absurdity.”
China’s economic development in recent years has caught the world’s attention. Yu Maochun said 100 percent of China’s economic growth has come from the private sector, created by the hard-working, freedom-loving Chinese people, and the CCP is parasitic on the fruits of it all.
Former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo adviser Yu Maochun: “The Chinese Communist Party is a parasite on top of the wealth created by the free enterprise system, by the Chinese capital industry. And the Chinese Communist Party is clearly the enemy of the freedom of the Chinese people. That’s why they spend more money each year to suppress the people, spending more on internal security and surveillance than the entire defense budget, which is the second highest in the world.”
Yu Maochun spoke of the Chinese Communist Party’s hostility to a free economy that would enrich the people. The mainland tycoon Jack Ma, for example, was fostered to success by the CCP, but when Ma grew too big and touched the CCP’s monopoly interests, he had to disappear.
Former U.S. Secretary of State Pompeo adviser Yu Maochun: “Because once you get too big, once he gets too big and his mode of operation touches certain monopolistic economic and financial practices of the Chinese Communist Party, he has to disappear, right? He has to disappear.”
Yu Maochun said former U.S. Secretary of State Pompeo traveled the world to talk about the threat of the Chinese Communist Party to the world. Over the past year, especially after the outbreak of the Chinese Communist virus, more and more countries have begun to see the CCP as an international threat.
Former U.S. Secretary of State Pompeo adviser Yu Maochun: “As Secretary Pompeo said, the Chinese Communist Party is not the same as the Chinese people. The Chinese Communist Party is not China, it’s not the same as this country. It’s a completely different concept. That’s actually a very important distinction. I think the world is paying attention to that. More and more countries are developing their own policies toward China around this concept.”
