Communist aircraft continue to disturb Taiwan during New Year’s Eve, driven away by Taiwan Air Force broadcast

During the New Year period of Taiwan’s Yellow New Year, the Communist Party of China (CPC) sent two military planes to disturb Taiwan on the 13th, and on the 15th, another CPC transport 8 anti-submarine aircraft intruded into Taiwan’s southwest air defense identification zone (ADIZ) and was dispatched by the Taiwan Air Force.

According to the information released by the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of China on its official website under the section of “Military News”, on the morning of the fourth day of the Lunar New Year (15), a Chinese transport 8 anti-submarine aircraft intruded into Taiwan’s southwest ADIZ, and the Taiwan Air Force dispatched air patrol troops to respond, broadcast a repulsion, and chase after it with anti-aircraft missiles.

The Ministry of National Defense (MND) announced on the second day of the Lunar New Year (13) that a Chinese Communist transport 8 anti-submarine aircraft and a transport 8 technical reconnaissance aircraft had infested Taiwan’s southwest ADIZ, and the Air Force said it dispatched air patrol troops to respond, broadcast repulsion, and air defense missiles to chase and monitor the situation.

The Ministry of National Defense (MND) has calculated that from January to the end of December 2020, about 380 aircraft have infiltrated Taiwan’s southwest ADIZ; compared to the past, the southwest airspace is different from the usual and the most seriously infested airspace.

According to the Ministry of National Defense (MND)’s January announcement, there were co-flights on 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31. The most noteworthy was on the 23rd, when one transport 8 anti-submarine aircraft, eight Boom 6K, and four J-16 infiltrated Taiwan’s southwest ADIZ respectively; on the 24th, two transport 8 anti-submarine aircraft, two Su-30 fighters, four J-16s, six J-10s, and one transport 8 technical reconnaissance aircraft, the largest disturbance of Taiwan this year. On the 28th and 31st, the communist army sent additional fighter planes to disturb Taiwan in the evening for two times.

According to the dynamic information of communist aircraft in February, communist aircraft violated ADIZ in southwest Taiwan on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 13th, and 15th, and the Taiwan Air Force dispatched air patrol forces to respond, broadcast repulsion, and anti-aircraft missile tracking and monitoring.
