Yale University 27-year-old Chinese master’s student Kevin Jiang (English name Kevin Jiang) was shot and killed on the spot on the 6th, it is sad that he had just proposed to his girlfriend, but met with death. The New Haven, Connecticut police announced that they have locked up the key figure involved in the case, a Chinese man who graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Pan Qinxuan (Panxuan Pan).
The Forsyth News reports that New Haven Police Chief Otoniel Reyes said the 29-year-old Panxuan Pan may be armed and dangerous, and that people should be extra careful when coming into contact with him. The police pointed out that Pan is likely to have fled Connecticut.
The report said that although the police have not been identified as a murder suspect, but he is wanted in Massachusetts and Connecticut for stealing a car, the police are currently investigating whether the victim has a personal relationship with the Pan man and Jiang, who graduated from MIT, Jiang’s fiancée is also studying at the school.
