Jamie Metzl, a consultant for the World health Organization (WHO)
The World Health Organization (WHO) Joint Expert Group on the Study of the Traceability of the Chinese Communist Pneumonia (COVID-19) Virus has announced to the public that the Chinese Communist virus could not have come from the Wuhan laboratory. In this regard, WHO consultant Jamie Metzl (Jamie Metzl) disclosed to the U.S. media that the panel only listened to the official report of the Chinese Communist Party, basically without investigation, to deny the laboratory source.
In an interview with Fox News, Metzl revealed the inside story of the WHO’s joint panel’s so-called “investigation. He said the panel did not conduct a substantive investigation in China, but instead listened directly to and used the official report of the Chinese Communist Party. He said that among several possible options for the source of the CCP virus, WHO did not even consider the possibility of a laboratory source and rejected it, a situation that made him very angry.
This was reported by Fox News under the title “WHO’s ridiculous coronavirus disease origin story exposed”.
Earlier, the WHO expert team, along with Chinese experts, held a joint press conference in Wuhan on Feb. 9. At the press conference, Liang Wannian, head of the Chinese side of the joint expert mission, claimed that there was no evidence that the outbreak had spread in Wuhan before December 2019, while the WHO panel claimed that it was “highly unlikely” that the Chinese communist virus came from the Wuhan laboratory. These statements have generated a huge public backlash overseas.
The Sun newspaper reported on Feb. 9 that the WHO’s findings appear to largely support the CCP’s argument that the virus may have come from outside China, confirming its repeated denials that the virus originated in a laboratory accident, a move that only fuels accusations that the WHO is “Beijing-centric.
“This is a complete whitewash,” said Tobias Ellwood, chairman of the U.K. Defense Committee, in an interview with The Sun, “and given the devastation and death toll of the global economy caused by this Epidemic, a country responsible for the outbreak should never again be allowed to A country responsible for the epidemic should no longer be allowed to block an international investigation for a full 12 months,” he said in an interview with The Sun.
Sam Armstrong, director of communications at the Henry Jackson Society, a British think tank, also told The Sun, “The WHO’s agreement to conduct a ‘joint investigation’ with the Communist Party of China is a great step forward. ‘joint investigation,’ and that says it all. They have discounted the lab leak theory from the beginning without evidence.”
Previously, Metzl had said in an interview with Canada‘s Toronto Sun that there was growing evidence that the CCP virus most likely came from a lab leak in Wuhan, China, and that the CCP government should come forward and say so.
Metzl described at the Time: “There is a field of research called ‘gain of function’ (gain of function) research, which is controversial because scientists amplify the activity of the virus. We know that the Wuhan Institute of Virus Research has done gain of function studies of coronaviruses in bats.”
Metzl also said that because this happened in China, it is why the world still does not know the source of the virus until now. If other countries had prevented the World Health Organization from going to the site to investigate the virus at the beginning of the outbreak, “the world would have gone crazy.”
