China Youth Daily’s hooligans are flirty

The headquarters of China Youth Daily, located at No. 2, Dongzhimen Marine Warehouse, Dongcheng District, Beijing.

How is the interpersonal relationship inside the party media and how is the work style of the leaders? I have worked for China Youth Daily for 33 years from 1985 to 2017, and I feel that there are too many hooligans here, with the shadow of the triads.

The first one is Chen Xiaochuan (now retired), a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Central Committee of the Youth League, a recipient of special allowances from the State Council, a member of the Chinese Writers Association, and the secretary of the party group, editor-in-chief and president of the China Youth Daily. He got divorced in the early 1990s, and then played with Liu Jing, a young girl who was the night editor of the editor-in-chief’s office. When she got knocked up, she proposed to marry him, but he did not agree and gave her an idiom: “I am laughing at you”. The first thing he said was that Liu Jing’s taste was not good, and if she married herself, she would make her uncle, who was an ambassador abroad, laugh at people with status. Liu Jing had to “knock off the child to swallow in the stomach”, so as not to affect the glorious image of leadership. But also can not get their own Time, ask him to help themselves out of the editor-in-chief night shift. Because at that time the editor-in-chief of the night shift of the young female editors off the night shift always harassed by social hooligans, the newspaper agreed to transfer them out, but to find their own department. Chen Xiaochuan, then deputy editor-in-chief, sought the help of Bi Xidong, director of the sports department, Bi Xidong did not agree, Chen Xiaochuan also sought the deputy editor-in-chief of the sports department Chen Quanchong, the two begged Bi Xidong together, Bi Xidong agreed. So Bi Xidong later ran a sub-paper “Youth Sports News” lost 20 million yuan, Chen Xiaochuan as the head of the sub-paper development center to protect Bi Xidong, so he was unharmed, smoothly “transferred to the Department of Sports senior reporter”. Chen Xiaochuan later also promoted Liu Jing to the editor-in-chief of the sub-paper, at the division level. Liu Jing is now 50 years old, also unmarried and childless, his Life is ruined in the hands of Chen Xiaochuan. No Family, no children, bored, can only play cards with male colleagues. She is also my neighbor in No. 2 Hukwangzhong Street, Wangjing, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

Li Xuehong, a female journalist, is very beautiful, white and well-built. Even in winter, she wears a very thin and transparent skirt and blouse, and open-toed sandals. The original is a reporter from the Chongqing reporter station. She had an affair with the secretary of the city’s Youth League Committee, and then got married to a male editor in the Beijing editorial office, Luo Qiang (later the scriptwriter of the TV series “Yongzheng Dynasty”), and was transferred to the Beijing editorial office. After that, she married a big money man and lived in a villa in the 90s. Li Xuehong started working as a reporter in the military section of the domestic political department, but later Chen Xiaochuan, who was promoted to editor-in-chief, operated to upgrade the military section to a full divisional level military department, and Li Xuehong became a full divisional director. After that, he became a member of the editorial board, enjoying some of the treatment and power of the deputy editor-in-chief. In fact, Li Xuehong’s level is very low, not at all with the level of deputy editor-in-chief (because the establishment control the number of deputy editors-in-chief, our newspaper will have a deputy editor-in-chief level of people promoted to “editorial board”, to take up only the deputy editor-in-chief of the work). In recent years, Li Xuehong divorced and bought a single house in the family building of No. 2 Huguang Zhongjie. Does this bizarre life trajectory have anything to do with Chen Xiaochuan?

The second big rogue is deputy editor-in-chief Ma Yingjun, who was later transferred to the National Development and Reform Commission’s organ, China Reform News, as president and editor-in-chief party secretary. He is also a member of the Chinese Writers Association. Nearly 60 years old, he found a younger than his own 30-year-old young female college student Liu Limei as his wife, but to let the China Youth Daily support, Chen Xiaochuan’s stream will be Liu Limei arranged in the life of the regiment as an editorial reporter, later promoted to deputy director of the deputy division. 2017 before I retired in the editor-in-chief’s office as a check, often to Liu Limei to see the big sample. I change the look, she rarely changed. Once I looked at the large sample to find her to look right, she left to pick up her children from kindergarten. I can only undertake all the work of the layout editor. But a few hundred yuan editing fee I do not get a penny. But if there is a mistake, she and I have to deduct money, we check to see a page only earn 90 yuan, but out of a typo to deduct 10 yuan money. The big headline is wrong deducted 200 yuan. Like this case she gave Ma Yijun pick up children, I have to be deducted money, why ah? So Ma Yijun is a rogue.

The third one is Li Datong, the former head of the Ice Point special issue. When he was in charge of Bingdot, he proposed “youth newspaper for young people” and assisted the editor-in-chief Li Xueqian to engage in “full dismissal of all staff members and full competition for employment”. I and a large number of reporters and editors (mostly men) became standby workers, and Wang Chang’an, the editor of the sports department, and Feng Xingyi, a cadre of the technical department, committed suicide in the process. Li Datong’s ice-points were highly paid, prestigious and not low, but he especially liked female reporters’ scripts. Female reporters Cai Ping, Wang Weiqun and Dong Yueling became famous reporters and obtained senior titles here. Jiang Fei, a reporter from the photography department, became a text reporter under his training, published many ice-cold specials and became a famous reporter. She also became the wife of Li Datong. She gave birth to a son to Li Datong, before that Li Datong had a daughter with his ex-wife. 2005, when Bingdot published the article that the Boxer Rebellion should be killed by the Eight-Power Allied Forces, Li Datong was removed from his post. But Li Datong used his influence to transfer Jiang Fei to China News Weekly, a national news agency and second only to Xinhua News Agency, where Jiang Fei is now a member of the editorial board.

The fourth rogue is He Yanguang, director of the photography department and a famous photographer. Liu Xin, a beautiful woman, graduated from Renmin University of China in 1990 and came to work as a photojournalist under He Yanguang, resigning in 1993 to study in the United States. He Yanguang went to the capital airport to see her off, but Chen Xiaochuan, Ma Yingjun and Li Datong also went. four single men in their 40s were thinking of eating this piece of swan meat. But Liu Xinjun did not care about it. After coming to the U.S., there were successes in photography, but also with entrepreneurs, BBK’s boss Duan Yongping married, and became a philanthropist, donating up to 30 million dollars to his alma mater at one time. This is beyond the reach of Chen Xiaochuan’s generation. He Yanguang later married a woman from CCTV, also a dozen years younger than him. They had a boy who is currently attending college in California, where they are both studying together. Why didn’t He Yanguang, a member of the Communist Party, respond to Xi Jinping‘s call to send his children to remote mountainous areas to become farmers, and why did he send them to the U.S. Isn’t a Communist Party member who says one thing and does another a rogue?

The fifth rogue was Bi Xidong, the director of the sports department and later the editor-in-chief of the sub-paper Youth Sports Daily. He and I both graduated from the Chinese Department of Beijing Normal University in the evening, and because my articles were more literate and professional than his, I was beaten to the post on the occasion of the “full dismissal of all staff and competition for jobs”. But the young woman from Chongqing Luo Xue (not her real name, is Bi Xidong to her name) as the head of the advertising department, Luo Xue white ads do not charge the newspaper; to Luo Xue to buy a car to buy a house, the children of Luo Xue sent to key secondary schools. Bi Xidong also hired his own nephew, Mr. and Mrs. Bi Chengcheng, as the head of the circulation department. So that the sub-paper survived for 5 and a half years, with a maximum circulation of less than 20,000 copies, but lost more than 20 million yuan. In the end, the newspaper was suspended and he was protected by Chen Xiaochuan and the party group of China Youth Daily. Is it not a rogue to use the newspaper’s money to keep a mistress and support his own nephew and his wife?

“A good man does not marry a news woman, a good woman does not marry a wealthy man.” Because female journalists can pass through the sky, can hook up with leaders. Our newspaper promotes a large number of women as middle-level cadres because they are not capable of being deputy editors-in-chief. Once a group of eight cadres, only one male, or the local reporter station chief. He was the only one in that station. So the former deputy editor-in-chief of the economic blue news, the famous reporter direction Ming in our newspaper can not mix a deputy division level. He said something strange: “China Youth Daily should be called “Chinese middle-aged women’s newspaper.” In 1999, when the entire staff was dismissed, the executive deputy editor-in-chief, Fan Yongsheng, who was a student of the workers and peasants, personally talked to him and forced him to transfer. 2004, Fan Yongsheng issued the Youth Reference (a sub-paper), saying that 10% of female university students in Wuhan were prostitutes, and was therefore protested by the city of Wuhan and the State Education Commission, and was transferred to an unknown industry newspaper, depressed, and the old man suffered from breast cancer. However, because of the actual reimbursement of medical treatment for cadres above the deputy bureau level, he was later cured. He is also my neighbor.

The Central Committee of the Mission and the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection should punish this group of scum! Maybe the Central Committee and the CCDI think it is normal and these are the glorious members of the Communist Party of China that they have in mind?
