The Gateway Pundit reported Feb. 8 that the White House confirmed the same day that illegal aliens convicted of rape, assault, DUI or drug-related offenses will not be deported.
This is Biden‘s America.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is set to issue new guidelines to agents this week in an effort to significantly curb the number of arrests and deportations.
According to a report in the Washington Post, last Thursday U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Tae Johnson sent an email to senior officials informing them of the operation of the new guidelines when they are finalized, writing, “In general, deportation convictions will not include lesser drug offenses, simple assault, DUI, money laundering, property crimes, fraud, tax crimes, solicitation, or non-conviction-based charges.”
ICE officials expressed frustration that the Biden Administration‘s proposed changes would strip agents of their discretion and severely limit their ability to arrest and deport criminals.
Here is a video of the confirmation from the White House White House spokesman Psaki said it’s true that simple assault, DUI, money laundering and drugs are not acceptable, but that’s a matter for local law enforcement to deal with, and we’re talking about who will be deported.
