Former U.S. President Donald Trump’s (Donald Trump) son Donald Jr. said recently that Trump and his team are continuing to make moves to protect American interests.
In an article published Monday (Feb. 8) on the U.S. conservative website ConvervativeBrief, Donald Jr. described Trump’s actions as “a movement of the people …… against the elite.
After Donald Jr. put up a video on his social media Facebook account on Feb. 4, titled “This is the next step in our amazing movement,” he told his supporters, “Wanted to let everyone know that we’re not done yet.
He then shared a video clip of Trump playing golf last month, which showed Trump walking off the golf course while telling supporters who came to thank him, “We’re not done yet.
Donald Jr. said his father Trump’s statement was actually accurate.
The reality is that this campaign is not over. All the blood, sweat and tears that you put in are well preserved. And you’ve seen that. I mean, this really is a movement of the people, a movement against the establishment, a movement against the elites, Donald Jr. said.
“A lot of things have been brewing, brewing for quite a while. For me, I’m still involved, and we’re going to get into it and elect people who really represent the people – who represent people like you who have gone through so much (suppression and not given in),” he said. he added.
Brad Parscale, Trump’s former campaign manager, said former President Trump could work on impeachment if he wants to become U.S. president again in 2024.
“If they [the House of Representatives] impeach you twice, you need to run again. Because to change the system, you have to beat it. (If Trump is fortunate) to be the only president to be impeached three times, it will be interesting; history will remember those who don’t comply, he tweeted.
“If Trump asked me what it would take to win again. I would use the fact that he was impeached twice to boost the campaign. They’re just giving Trump superpowers. They’re not smart enough to see that. That’s the same reason why we joke about Mike Tyson (the boxing champion) in the movie ‘Drunken Husbands. They just haven’t figured out that they’re going to make Trump a martyr,” he said. He said.
Tara Palmeri, a senior reporter for Politico, said in a Jan. 29 interview on MSNBC that former President Trump has actually gained more popularity since leaving office than he has lost political clout; the assumptions of American folk are very different from those of the Washington, D.C., establishment and many in the mainstream media.
Palmieri traveled to Wyoming to interview firsthand the public’s attitude toward Republican House members who support Trump’s impeachment. People don’t want to hear anything against Trump,” she said. In fact, the more he stays away from the media, the more he becomes like a martyr, a stealth figure above the Republican Party,” she said.
Palmieri said there is a “huge disconnect” between Washington DC and the rest of the United States.
She added, “A lot of locals say they’re not really Republicans, but they support Trump. I think (Trump’s) base is getting bigger and bigger. I think impeachment (of a conviction) will give him more credibility.
