Former President Donald Trump‘s social media posting debuted on Feb. 4 after a month of silence. Trump Jr. said he will continue to fight. Australian jurists say the impeachment of Trump, with its illegal procedures and lack of evidence, is like a communist state trial.
Repeal Section 230! Social media Twitter turns its back on Section 230 and refuses to take down and profit from sexual assault of underage content.
Biden‘s new policy helps China and Russia! As the Biden Administration restricts oil production, oil prices rise, which is tantamount to giving OPEC and Russia a big gift.
Former President Trump refused to support the former Nigerian finance minister, who has close ties with the Chinese Communist Party, to become the leader of the WTO, but now the Biden administration has agreed.
Trump social media silence in January first posting, small Trump: he will continue to fight
The former President Trump’s social media accounts were blocked one after another after the January 6 incident at the U.S. Capitol, and on February 4, his Gab account published what appears to be his first social media post in nearly a month. On the same day, his son Trump Jr. also posted a video on Telegram declaring that Trump would continue to fight.
The posting from Trump’s Gab account on Feb. 4 featured his response to a letter from U.S. congressmen in which he declined to testify in the Senate impeachment case.

The account’s last post was made on Jan. 8. From Jan. 6 to 8, Trump’s Twitter, Facebook and other social media accounts were blocked in quick succession, and he fell silent on social media.
On Feb. 4, Donald Trump Jr. also shared a video on Telegram. In the video, Trump Jr. said that former President Trump’s efforts to protect the interests of the United States continue. Trump Jr. called the effort “a movement of the people” and “a movement against the elite.
He said the film is just to show everyone that “we’re not done yet. That’s a quote Trump has said before.
Trump Jr. explained about the quote that the campaign is not over and that “a lot of things have been brewing for a long Time.” He said that the former president is still “ready to fight this battle” and although he has been facing many challenges, “I know he’s still going to keep going.
Trump Jr. then criticized media censorship and the Biden administration’s “China (Communist Party of China) first, America last policy,” among other things.
He said that “our fight” and “our resolve” will not end, and that “we will continue to work hard to move forward for the American people and to make sure that our children grow up in a country that we all recognize and love. “.
Both Trump and his wife recently established offices in Florida.
When Trump left Washington for Florida on Jan. 20, he told supporters that he and his team would “come back in some form” and that “I will always fight for you.
Lawyer: Twitter refuses to take down and profit from violating underage content
Lisa Haba is a partner at Haba Law Firm in Florida. She told The Epoch Times that Twitter refused to take down videos of her client’s sexual assault even after her client showed Twitter proof that he was a minor, saying Twitter “must be profiting from exploiting [her client].
Haba told her client’s story in an interview with Jan Jekielek, host of the Epoch Times’ “American Thought Leader.
Photo: Lisa Haba interviewed on The Epoch Times’ “American Thought Leaders” program on February 4, 2021.
Haba’s client, John Doe (a common pseudonym in U.S. cases), is currently a 17-year-old high school boy. When he was 13, he was targeted by online sex traffickers on Snapchat who posed as 16-year-old girls. After being manipulated by the sex traffickers, John sent them nude photos of himself. After receiving the photos, the sex traffickers began blackmailing him. They threatened to send his nude photos to people like his Parents, pastors and school teachers.
“The child spent a long time trying to appease the traffickers and listen to their demands in an attempt to try to save his Family from their blackmail,” Haba said, “Fortunately, when they asked to meet with him, he refused them and was eventually able to break free. “
However, when he was 16, the lewd material appeared on Twitter.
In January 2020, John found the posts from his classmates. Many students at his school watched the videos, and John became a “victim of vicious bullying” and “became suicidal.
Fortunately, his mother found out and supported him by contacting Twitter and asking that the lewd material be removed from the platform.
However, after his mother made two requests and provided a copy of John’s driver’s license, Twitter failed to act.
“After waiting several days, Twitter finally uttered a devastating comment about this child,” Haba said, “We do not believe this violates our policy and we will take no further action.”
The material was not taken down until the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intervened. The indictment noted that the material had accumulated more than 167,000 views and 2,223 retweets.
They claim to have a zero-tolerance policy, but their words don’t match their actions,” Haber said. When our clients asked them, to take down the material they claimed to exclude, they refused to act.”
“When you look at the profit structure of Twitter, they get advertising revenue from every spread, retweet, and view. There’s a huge advertising incentive and data licensing incentive for those ads to stay, and that’s why the material stays around. So, Twitter is definitely profiting off of John.”
Haba explained that from their research, Twitter profits from two main sources. One is their advertising service: Twitter profits every time an ad on Twitter is clicked or viewed. The other way is data licensing.
According to Haba, “That’s what makes Twitter a multi-billion dollar business, they can profit from every tweet that’s posted.”
Haba also noted that Twitter cannot use Section 230 to absolve itself of liability in this case.
Haba said that under the new law against online sex trafficking (FOSTA/SESTA), “if you directly profit or benefit from human trafficking, that doesn’t necessarily guarantee immunity for big tech platforms.”
Australian jurist: impeachment of Trump like a Communist state trial
In response to the second impeachment of former U.S. President Donald Trump, veteran Australian jurist Professor David Flint said on Friday, February 5, that the impeachment was unusual and “like a trial in a communist state” and not only completely lacking in due process of law, but also in violation of the U.S. Constitution.
Professor Flint made the remarks in an exclusive interview with The Epoch Times. He said that following due process of law marks the difference between a country governed by the rule of law and the governments of Beijing and Russia, “and this impeachment trial in the United States is as unusual as a trial in a communist country.”
Pictured is Professor David Flint, a senior Australian jurist.
Flint, who has been named the “World’s Outstanding Legal Scholar” by the World Jurist Association, believes the U.S. Senate is in trouble over the impeachment trial because “it’s purely fictional [the trial], there’s no evidence at all, it’s just Nancy Pelosi and her colleagues are just unhappy with Trump.”
He said the House rushed through the impeachment decision without presenting evidence. It presumed Trump’s guilt without holding a hearing similar to a grand jury. “At the preliminary stage, they (the House) should also have an indictment in order to proceed with the trial, which is currently completely lacking in due process of law.”
Flint also explained that the purpose of impeachment is to remove a president, judge or other high-ranking official from office, and that the president is removed from office because he has committed treason, bribery, or a serious crime. Charges for these very serious crimes must be substantiated.
He argued that Trump has prepared a good defense against the impeachment trial and that the basis for Trump’s plea is absolutely correct. He said that because Trump is no longer president, the main basis of his defense is that “impeachment is beyond the Constitution, it’s unconstitutional, it’s an indictment of a private person.”
Professor Flint believes there are two reasons why congressional Democrats want to impeach Trump: one, they are terrified of his return, and two, they want to send a warning to others that it is unacceptable for an outsider to try to change the way we do things.
U.S. media: limit oil production, Biden sent “OPEC” Russia a big gift
On Friday (5), oil prices rose sharply, breaking through $ 57 per barrel. Reality shows that the global oil supply is tightening much faster than many people expected. U.S. media analysis shows that the ultimate beneficiaries of the Biden administration’s restrictions on domestic oil production are the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries OPEC (OPEC) and Russia.
According to Fox Business, China and India are the main drivers of higher oil prices, and their demand for oil has surpassed what it was before the outbreak of the Communist virus. The gap between oil supply and demand in the global market is expected to reach 2 million barrels per day by next May and remain for at least 12 months.

China’s oil demand has remained high. Despite record oil purchases and efforts to stockpile oil, reports show that China’s oil stocks have fallen to their lowest level since February 2020. Meanwhile, U.S. oil supplies are tightening, with U.S. oil inventories falling to 475.7 million barrels last week, the lowest level since March 2020, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA).
More seriously, the U.S. has said it will limit domestic oil production, which has shifted the center of power in the global energy structure back to OPEC and Russia.
Experts expect global oil demand to rebound to more than 100 million barrels by the end of this year and prices to exceed $65 per barrel. However, U.S. producers will only get a small slice of the pie, as they will be severely hampered by the Biden administration.
The biggest beneficiaries of reduced U.S. oil production will be OPEC and Russia. They will be in control of the oil supply situation, control the price of oil, and be protected from the threat of losing market share. On the other hand, the Biden administration’s climate policy will help OPEC and Russia to recover. While the U.S. is “sleeping,” OPEC and Russia will regain control of oil prices.
With Biden’s Support, Old Communist Friend Expected to Become First Female WTO Leader
Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, from Nigeria, is expected to become the director general of the World Trade Organization. She will be the first African and first female leader of the WTO. This comes after her South Korean rival withdrew from the race and the Biden administration reversed its previous opposition to the former Nigerian finance minister from the Trump Administration.

In a statement late Friday, the Biden administration expressed strong support for Okonjo-Iweala, praising her experience working at the World Bank and leading Nigeria’s finance ministry and pledging to work with her on necessary reforms.
These two latest developments end months of uncertainty surrounding the leadership of the global trade organization and clear the way for WTO members to complete a consensus-based process to confirm Okonjo-Iweala as the next WTO director general.
The Trump administration blocked Okonjo-Iweala’s candidacy last October after a WTO selection panel recommended her to head the agency. The decision required consensus among member countries.
Gary Hufbauer, a trade expert at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, told the Voice of America that the Trump administration’s primary reason for opposing her for the WTO leadership post was her close ties to the Chinese Communist authorities. Okonjo-Iweala is a member of the international advisory board of the Communist Party-initiated Asian Investment Bank. Another reason is that the Trump administration believes she is too ideologically aligned with the globalists after a long career as an executive at the World Bank.
