According to the report, Shijiazhuang Gaocheng District People’s Hospital and Xinle City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine have loopholes in prevention and control, and there are problems such as hospitalization before testing, serious extra beds, and chaotic hospital management.
As in Gaocheng People’s Hospital: escorts and visitors come and go at will, escorts are changed at will, and the phenomenon of entering the ward first and then doing tests is common. Some wards had serious extra beds, and inpatients and chaperones who had not done nucleic acid testing were crowded into the cardiology ward where the extra bed rate was over 90%, posing a risk of infection.
After the first confirmed case emerged, Gaocheng People’s Hospital Hospital closed the cardiology department to conduct full nucleic acid screening. However, the cardiology department was closed for less than 3 days only, and the close staff went to the cafeteria, stores and other public places at will, and the medical staff who could not exclude the close staff still went to and from work normally every day.
From January 5 to January 10 alone, the hospital arranged for 70 patients to be discharged from the cardiology department. The virus spread under the hospital’s unsuspecting induction control.
The recently obtained document “Emergency Notice on Further Strengthening the Prevention and Control of Hospital Infections during the New Coronary Pneumonia (CCP Pneumonia) Epidemic” dated January 14, 2021 from the Xingtai health Care Commission also confirms the chaos of internal CCP epidemic prevention. This notice admitted that Xingtai’s “prevention and control situation is complicated and severe” and that some local hospitals had lost control of hospital infection prevention and control measures.
In the section of “pre-screening and triage”, it is mentioned that the pre-screening and triage clinics are not set up in a standardized manner, the medical staff at the pre-screening and triage points are not sufficiently equipped, and the handover registration of fever patients is incomplete, such as the whereabouts of fever patients are unknown (Lincheng County People’s Hospital and Baoxiang County People’s Hospital).

“Patient and escort management”: inpatients and escorts, visits are not managed in a standardized manner, 24-hour access control is not achieved in the ward, patients and escorts gather in the ward, patients and escorts have not obtained negative nucleic acid test results (Lincheng County People’s Hospital, Baoxiang County People’s Hospital, Longyao County Hospital, Nanhe District People’s Hospital, Guangzong County People’s Hospital, Weixian County People’s Hospital, Neqiu County People’s Hospital, etc.), etc.

Access to documents from Hebei authorities, “Xingtai government service hotline delivery card”, leaked that some nucleic acid tests in rural areas of Xingtai are just going through the motions.
According to the document, Zhang XX of Renze District in Xingtai City sent a letter to the mayor’s mailbox on January 12, 2021, regarding “suggestions on the quality of the process of nucleic acid testing in rural areas in Xingtai.
Zhang XX is a freshman student. She reported that during a video chat with her Family, she learned that due to the change in the epidemic in Nangong, some other rural nucleic acid tests were conducted in a haphazard manner, such as simply placing a swab on the tongue and not through the throat and tonsils to the specimen site.

Heilongjiang flow investigation perfunctory
The land media also broke the inside story of the perfunctory investigation by Heilongjiang authorities.
A disease control expert in Heilongjiang province said, “Some of their flow reports are of average quality,” according to “Eight Points Health News. After his mother received the picture, she forwarded it to several WeChat groups and friends, leading to the spread of the document photo within the WeChat group.
On January 4, Zhang X Song and Sun X Ting were detained for ten days respectively.
Exclusive: Hebei Nangong municipal party committee inspection office director was isolated at home
Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, is the hardest hit by this round of the Communist Party virus epidemic, and Nangong City, not far away, has also been affected.
