Recently, a supermarket in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, was found to have tested positive for nucleic acid in food stored in a cold storage, and the store was immediately fully disinfected and shut down for rectification. The local government asked the purchaser to report to the relevant agencies, among other things. However, some people told the Epoch Times that local officials may have been trying to shirk their responsibilities.

According to mainland media reports, on Jan. 31, the city of Jiamusi, Heilongjiang Province, found that products stored in cold storage, such as “Ningxiang Lianxin crisp (seasoned meat with bones),” “spring flower rolls,” and “bean buns,” tested positive for viral nucleic acid at the RTF Xiangyang store. “These foods were partially sold from January 11 to 31. However, the relevant personnel and environmental nucleic acid test results were negative. At present, RT-Mart Xiangyang store was fully exterminated and shut down for rectification.

The local CDC asked the public, January 11 to 31 in the store purchased the relevant goods consumers, to immediately report to the jurisdictional market supervision department or CDC agencies; storage of relevant goods consumers, immediately stop processing food, take the initiative to report to the relevant departments, according to the provisions of the treatment.

At the same Time, the public who have been to the RT-Mart Xiangyang store during this period are required to pay close attention to their physical condition, such as fever, cough and other symptoms, immediately report to the jurisdiction of the disease control agencies, and good personal protection to the nearest fever clinic.

The public: dumping is the masterpiece of officials at all levels

This news has caused the public to question. The first time I heard about this was when Mr. Wang, a citizen of Jiamusi, said in an interview with the Epoch Times. I heard before in Jiamusi that Qingdao Dafuyuan spring rolls and other foods tested positive for nucleic acid. If this is true, it means that it is impossible to prevent and control the virus by human means.

“Another situation is that the official can’t hide it anymore and start dumping it. Just like the virus found in Wuhan last year and dumped on bats and civets.” Mr. Wang said.

He said the CCP’s dictatorial and centralized system, coupled with the Wei Guangzheng party Culture, has created a situation where officials in mainland China are falsifying and shirking responsibility at every level. In this environment, officials are held accountable for whatever happens, forcing them to wipe out the problem. In this way, officials at all levels, in order to protect their own hats, will make minor and trivial mistakes for any natural or man-made disasters and accidents. But when the Epidemic appears is different, although they also want to cover up, but there is always a time when they can not cover up, once covered up in order to shirk responsibility, dumping has become a masterpiece of officials at all levels. The Chinese Communist Party is also happy to be able to shake it off.

Mr. Wang said that two days ago, the State Council held a press conference, the food test positive has a clear statement, “is the virus is a respiratory disease, not a disease of the digestive tract, positive is not necessarily contagious. This may be a scientist with a conscience who just couldn’t look at it anymore and spoke the truth.”

“But when there is an outbreak down there, someone has to take responsibility, just like when Wuhan first traced the source of the epidemic, dumped on the seafood market dumped on bats, pangolins, civets and other animals, so that these animals take the blame.” He said.

Mr. Wang believes that now where an epidemic, the first thing to do there closed, the surface is closed epidemic, in fact, is to close the truth, unified caliber. The purpose is to see how the pot can be dumped, as long as the responsibility is not pursued, it does not care whether it is consistent with science or what logic, not to mention the interests of the people. To put it bluntly, it is the centralized system of the Chinese Communist Party that forces layers of falsification and lies.

“You say let the people stabilize, if the cause of the outbreak of the epidemic said food contagion, is bound to cause panic among the people, so the Chinese Communist Party is the source of unrest.” Mr. Wang said.

Epidemiologist: the chance of infection from buying contaminated food is extremely low

The Chinese Communist Party authorities have proposed testing cold-chain food as an important policy for a new round of epidemic prevention. Shanghai epidemic prevention expert Zhang Wenhong, however, said that China has consumed countless seafood and bought countless things, but so far there has not been a single case of infection from buying a single thing that came in from abroad. When that probability is lower than an air crash, you decide for yourself.

Wu Zunyou, chief epidemiologist at the CDC on the mainland, also said that the chances of getting infected by buying contaminated food are extremely low. He said in an interview with CCTV, imported food tested positive for nucleic acid, may be a live virus, may be a dead virus or virus fragments, does not necessarily mean that there is contagious; as long as you pay attention to hand hygiene, wash with running water before eating fruit, there should be no risk of infection.

As for the concern of whether the food tested positive can be eaten or not, Li Ning, deputy director of the National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment, previously mentioned that a positive nucleic acid test for food can only mean that it has been contaminated by a virus, and so far there have been no reported cases of consumers being infected by viruses through the purchase and processing of food.

Dr. Lin Xiaoxu, an American virologist, said in an interview that “finally someone is telling the truth” and that the Chinese Communist Party’s “blame game” has now been slapped in the face by its own experts. The Chinese government’s testing of cold-chain food is a ridiculous political move, a “concerted effort to fool the people” in order to cheat them out of money.

The majority of people are infected through the respiratory tract, not through contact with objects. The prevention of airborne transmission should still be the focus of epidemic prevention, is the first, “from the practical considerations, I think so (environmental testing) is to cheat money.”

He analyzed that the local government is actually using the epidemic for profit, on the one hand more testing, you can get more funding from the higher government; on the other hand, more testing, the relevant personnel can take more kickbacks from the testing company.
