The delivery man demanded that Ms. Zhang pay for the damage, originally asking for 300 yuan (about $46.4), but later changed his words to 200 yuan (about $30.9), and demanded that Ms. Zhang must transfer it to him immediately, or he would not be finished with Ms. Zhang. Ms. Zhang was forced to agree to transfer 200 yuan to the delivery man for her personal safety, and took the opportunity to report the incident to the police on the grounds of withdrawing the payment.
According to the report, the delivery man who received the money left because he was in a hurry to deliver the next order, but before he left he still warned to find a way to cancel the bad review, “or I will come back to you and kill you, if my previous temper I would have taken a knife and cut you to death!
Ms. Zhang complained to the delivery platform afterwards, but the customer service said “it was the delivery person’s own problem, not the platform”, and only compensated 100 yuan in coupons, and asked Ms. Zhang to call the police. After Ms. Zhang called the police for help, according to the administrative punishment decision issued by the police, the delivery man was detained for 10 days for provoking trouble.
