Biden’s top transgender official’s biological sex doesn’t change Christian group tells the truth, gets banned from Twitter

U.S. media outlet Breitbart News reported on Sunday (Jan. 31) that The Daily Citizen, a division of the Christian organization Focus on the Family, had been temporarily blocked by Twitter last week for speaking out about Rachel Levine’s The Daily Citizen was temporarily suspended by Twitter last week because it named Rachel Levine’s biologically significant gender.

Levine, an assistant secretary at the Department of health and Human Services (HHS) and pediatrician who served as Pennsylvania’s secretary of health from 2017 to 2021, is one of the few openly transgender government officials in the United States. This Time around, Biden appointed Levin as assistant secretary of health.

In recent weeks, tech giants like Twitter Facebook and Google have been critical of conservative rhetoric on social media platforms, including former President Trump and Brother Pillow.

Jim Daly, president of the Christian organization Focus on the Family, blogged last week about the censorship of rhetoric that has taken America by storm in the wake of the presidential election.

He said, “As I’ve noted before, the “techno-oligarchy” is the new emperor of the 21st century, wielding unparalleled power by silencing individuals and organizations that do not respect or submit to political or social views. “

In the past week, Twitter took down our Daily Citizen account because, we said, Dr. Levin is a transgender woman, a man who believes he is a woman.” Daley said an appeal to Twitter was denied.

Daley wrote, “Over the past week, Biden has stressed the need for unity, but since taking office, his actions have called for unity. You must comply or remain silent.”

In his blog, Daley lists other celebrities who have been silenced on social media.

Curt Schilling, a Major League Baseball player and starting pitcher who is currently retired. American International Group (AIG) canceled his insurance and he was not inducted into the Hall of Fame (Hall of Fame), possibly due to statements supporting conservative causes.

Brendan Eich, an American programming technologist and entrepreneur, principal creator and architect of the Java programming language (JavaScript), former chief technology officer and briefly chief executive officer of Mozilla Corporation, was removed from office after it was discovered that he had privately donated money to support an anti-gay Marriage referendum in California in the past.

Martina Navratilova, retired Czech-American women’s tennis player, highest singles ranking in the world, 18 Grand Slam singles crowns, including a record nine Wimbledon women’s singles wins, and member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Kicked off a gay (LGBT) advocacy committee and lost speaking and documentary opportunities for arguing that transgender male athletes should not compete in women’s sports.

Novelist J. K. Rowling, author of “Harry Potter,” was unable to publish her last book because she separated men and women in her tweets.

Musician Ariel Pink (Ariel Pink) quit her record label because she attended a Trump rally. Not to mention, a lot of people who attended the Jan. 6 rally but didn’t go anywhere near the Capitol were fired.

Greg Glassman, a filmmaker and founder of Hybrid Fitness (CrossFit), was forced to sell his company after speaking out against last year’s riots.

Daley writes, “There are many more such examples, and they are only in the beginning stages of concerted action to suppress socially conservative beliefs. “

The Daily Citizen says Focus on the Family has gained a significant amount of support from allies, who are writing to Twitter to announce their support for Focus on the Family and also telling Twitter that “it is a fact that the biological sex of people cannot be changed.” The effort, led by the Family Policy Alliance (FPA), is asking Twitter to reconsider its blocking of the Daily Citizen.

The Family Policy Alliance has also launched a petition against Twitter. The petition reads.

“If you’re going to ban the Daily Citizen’s position on gender, shouldn’t you also ban the speech of everyone across America who holds that position? Free speech is important in America, and if you continue this censorship, no one will come to Twitter.

“We are an organization that represents states and the nation, that represents millions of Americans, and we all believe this, that a person’s biological sex cannot be changed, and that we are going to keep expressing our views.

“It is because the Daily Citizen stated the fact that a person’s biological sex cannot be changed that you are going to ban the Daily Citizen, so are you going to ban all of our organizations next as well? “

In addition to launching a petition, and letter sent to Twitter, earlier Sunday, the Family Policy Alliance also launched a Twitter campaign, #AreWeNext? The Daily Citizen wrote, “A transgender person cannot change his innate gender, genetically, no matter what drugs, hormones and surgery are used. Should organizations and individuals who support such views be blocked by Twitter?”
