Shanghai Jing’an District health Commission document leaks that the rate of serious adverse reactions to the domestic New Crown vaccine is 400 times higher than the official claim, and that the public is resistant to receiving the domestic New Crown (CCP virus) vaccine. A new outbreak of New Crown virus (COVID-19, a Chinese Communist virus) is spreading in Shanghai, and the CCP has launched vaccinations for some key populations such as doctors, nurses, and workers. However, internal Epidemic prevention documents obtained show that the Shanghai public is extremely resistant to the CCP-promoted domestic vaccine, and most hospital employees are reluctant to get vaccinated.
Documents Leak Serious Adverse Reaction Ratio of Domestic Vaccines Much Higher than Official Propaganda
The documents reveal that Shanghai citizens are generally resistant to vaccination against the new coronavirus (CCP virus), and most key populations, including healthcare workers, are reluctant to receive the vaccine.
The Shanghai Municipal Government said at a press conference on January 22 that the city has been promoting vaccination against the New Coronavirus in accordance with the principles of “protection of priorities, informed consent, and willingness to vaccinate”, and has prioritized vaccination for high-risk positions in key industries such as health care. Up to now, more than 840,000 people have received the vaccine. However, the CCP authorities have not disclosed what percentage of Shanghai citizens are willing to receive the vaccine.

The “Report on the Work of Disease Prevention and Control in Jing’an District for the Year 2020” submitted by the Shanghai Municipal Health and Wellness Commission on January 8, 2021 reveals three key messages.
- “113,000 people were mapped in the district, and 24,000 people were willing to be vaccinated”; 2. “11,811 people have been vaccinated with the first dose and 668 people with the second dose”; 3. “A total of 17 cases of adverse reactions were reported, including 12 cases of general reactions, 4 cases of abnormal reactions and 1 case of coincidence”
Current affairs commentator Li Linyi analyzed that these three sets of data leaked by the Shanghai Health Care Commission reveal some secrets and lies of the Chinese Communist Party to cover up about the New Crown (CCP virus) vaccine.
First, of the 113,000 people who are willing to receive the vaccine, only 21.2%, or less than a quarter, are willing to receive the vaccine; in other words, three-quarters of the people in Shanghai’s Jing’an District are unwilling to receive the vaccine.
Second, a total of 12,479 people have been vaccinated with the first and second doses; a total of 17 cases of adverse reactions have been reported, including 4 cases of abnormal reactions and 1 case of coupling. This ratio reveals information that directly kicks out the lies issued by the CCP about the safety of the domestic New Crown (CCP virus) vaccine.
On January 9, 2021, the CCP held a press conference, claiming that the domestic New Crown vaccine had “about one in a million serious adverse reactions to vaccination”.
However, according to data disclosed by the Shanghai Jing’an District Health Commission, both abnormal reactions and coincidental reactions are considered serious adverse reactions, meaning that out of 12,479 vaccinations, 5 cases of serious adverse reactions were reported, a ratio of more than 4 in 10,000, far higher than the official “1 in 1 million”.
The so-called “coincidental disease” refers to the coincidental onset of an undetected disease in a vaccinated person. According to the Communist Party of China’s Health and Welfare Commission, coincidental diseases have nothing to do with the vaccine itself, and prevention of coincidental diseases relies on strict contraindications to vaccination.
Jing’an District is one of the major urban areas in Shanghai. According to the work report document of the Jing’an District Health Care Committee, Jing’an District has a resident population of 1,057,700 and a household registration of 914,100; the household registration of 39.06% of the population over 60 years old; the district is rich in medical resources, with 9 tertiary hospitals, 9 secondary hospitals, 15 community health service centers, and 5 public health professional institutions.
Low willingness of medical and health workers and civil servants to be vaccinated
According to the Communist Party of China’s January 9 press conference on the prevention and control of the epidemic, its vaccination plan for the new Guan (Communist Party of China virus) is a “three-step process”: the first step is to start vaccinating key populations from December 15, 2020, including nine key populations working in flights, borders and logistics; the second step is to vaccinate high-risk groups, such as the elderly, people with chronic underlying diseases and diabetes; and the third step is to vaccinate other general populations.
Internal documents from the Shanghai Jing’an District Health Care Committee reveal that the willingness of key populations to be vaccinated against the new crown (CCP virus) virus is very low.
Take the health care system as an example. According to the Summary of Shanghai New Coronavirus Vaccination Mapping Registration Form filled out by the Jing’an District Health Care Committee in January this year, the total number of people mapped at the Cixian Women’s and Children’s Hospital, a tertiary hospital in Shanghai, was 135, of which only 33 were willing to be vaccinated, and the mapping targets belonged to the health care workers in the key population.

According to the “Summary of Vaccine Mapping Registration Form” of the Jing’an District Health Care Committee, which was filled out by the Jing’an District Health Care Committee at the end of last year, Shanghai East China Hospital, which has the highest percentage of willingness to vaccinate, has 1,261 people, with 616 willingness to vaccinate, accounting for less than half of the total; while Shanghai Dermatology Hospital has 735 people, with 124 willingness to vaccinate, accounting for less than one-fifth of the total.

Even the CCP’s civil service system is quite resistant to the New Crown (CCP virus) vaccine. For example, the Shanghai Municipal Government’s Shanghai Medical Insurance Business Management Center mapped 155 people, and only 25 were willing to be vaccinated, accounting for less than one-sixth of the total.
Logistics and transportation, nursing homes and other key populations resist vaccination
According to the CCP, logistics and transportation systems are easily exposed to the new crown virus, so logistics and transportation workers are priority groups for vaccination against the new crown.
The vaccine mapping document of Shanghai Jing’an District Health Committee shows that many people in the logistics and transportation systems, which are key populations, are reluctant to receive the vaccine, such as courier boys who are extremely resistant to receiving the vaccine.

The mapping summary form for Jing’an District shows that a total of 1,196 people were mapped in 10 courier companies in Jing’an District, and only 12 people were willing to be vaccinated, averaging only one person in a courier company who was willing to be vaccinated.
According to the Summary Sheet of Vaccination Mapping in the Logistics Industry, which was filled in by the Jing’an District Health Committee from January 7 to 15 this year, 92 people were surveyed by Shanghai Mass Transit Run Logistics Co. Shanghai Zhixin (Group) Co., Ltd (including the main passenger station and Zhixin Passenger Transport) has polled 300 people, and the total number of people willing to be vaccinated is 53.

Up to now, nursing homes are considered to be the hardest hit by the new crown epidemic, with the highest rate of death from infection. However, the Jing’an District Mapping Summary Sheet reveals that the vast majority of nursing Home residents mapped have resisted vaccination.
The Summary of Vaccination Mapping for Welfare and Nursing Homes in Jing’an District shows that of the 42 nursing homes and one aid station in the district, 35 had zero willingness to be vaccinated, meaning that not a single person was willing to be vaccinated; of the 43 nursing homes (including aid) in Jing’an District, a total of 1,317 people were surveyed, and only 48 were willing to be vaccinated.
The efficiency and safety of the domestic New Crown vaccine
Although the only two vaccines from Sinopharm that have been “conditionally marketed” by the Chinese Communist Party are advertised by the Chinese authorities as having a “79.34% protection rate,” in mid-December last year Radio Free Asia quoted sources as reporting that some Chinese workers in Serbia and Angola, Africa, were not able to receive the vaccine. A mainland vaccine expert uploaded an electronic version of the Sinopharm vaccine’s manual on Weibo, revealing that the Sinopharm vaccine has 73 side effects, more than any other vaccine in use, and jokingly calling it “the world’s least safe vaccine.
Commentator Li Linyi pointed out that the proportion of serious adverse reactions to the domestic New Crown (CCP virus) vaccine disclosed in the Jing’an District Health Committee document far exceeds the official claim of “one in a million”, which indicates that the safety of the domestic New Crown (CCP virus) vaccine is really questionable; what’s more, according to the CCP system’s history of deceiving the top and concealing the bottom, the safety of the domestic New Crown (CCP virus) vaccine is really questionable. What’s more, according to the Chinese Communist system’s past record of deception, the internal data of health care may not be true, and the safety of domestic vaccines may be even more serious.
According to Li Linyi, people from all sectors in Shanghai, including key populations, are extremely resistant to the New Crown (CCP virus) vaccine because Chinese people have been victimized by the CCP and the toxic vaccine; and the CCP’s concealment of the truth has increased the public’s distrust of it and the New Crown vaccine.
