Wu Yuanxiu, a petitioner from Shaanxi province in Beijing, was kidnapped for two consecutive days last week. The police’s reasons changed again and again from checking the Epidemic, local public security enforcement to subway exclusion, and finally the police did not give a case. Wu Yuanxiu said, “In fact, it is a cover-up of the violent kidnapping of Beijing’s black security guards in collusion with local robbers under the identity of Beijing police.”
On January 18, she was kidnapped by Beijing police officers in an attempt to defend her rights, and on the morning of January 19, she was kidnapped by three unidentified men in Dongdan when she had to go to Beijing Friendship Hospital to see a doctor because of back pain.
Wu Yuanxiu told the Epoch Times, “They wore dark blue clothes, not police uniforms, and one of them had a police number and asked me for my ID card, and I said my ID card (was detained) at Wangfujing police station, and I reported my ID number to him.”
They wanted to take Wu Yuanxiu to the guard room, saying they were going to see the leaders, and checked her bag, asking if she had materials, banners?
“After a while, the leader came, I asked to see the police officer card, he took it out and shook it, I said I did not see it clearly, he said there are rules that can not give a clear look, I asked him to announce to me to announce this rule, they said to me to find a place to solve the problem, I know they are threatening me.” Wu Yuanxiu said.
Wu Yuanxiu open cell phone call video shouting for help, the result was that they pressed the body down several times, then took her to a small room of about 5-6 square meters.
“I asked them what crime I had committed? They said: you have not committed a crime. There were two people in the room guarding me. I asked to see the leader, and no one came to see me.”
After about three hours she was changed to another room. They handed Wu Yuanxiu over to someone from the local government. “I don’t go with the local, I said what law did I break today, what crime? To kidnap me so badly.” She said, “I now have an administrative case against the Beijing Public Security Bureau, and then another one is that I am suing the Wangfujing police station, which has not been filed yet, and I will not go anywhere.”
On the morning of January 20, Wu Yuanxiu sent a message saying that she had gone Home and thanked everyone for their concern.
On January 21, Wu Yuanxiu went to Beijing South Railway Station to request the sealing of the surveillance video of the 18th and 19th to preserve the evidence. The station said she had to hold the reporting procedure before she could proceed. She went to the police to ask for a case, but, for days, the police gave her different statements, one saying it was a local act, one an epidemic, and one a subway exclusion. “I don’t know which one to believe is true.”
On Jan. 22, she went back to the police to ask for a case, asking for that two surveillance videos to be sealed, and then another for a police report back. The police again told her to go over the next day.
This morning (January 23), Wu Yuanxiu went to the police station again, she opened the cell phone video to record the conversation, which is a way of self-protection, but the police saw the situation grabbed her phone not to record.
Wu Yuanxiu’s current situation is unknown.
Property was lost by the government long petitioned in Beijing ID card was seized
Wu Yuanxiu is a native of Perfume Village in Yuyang Daheta Township, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, and started on the road to defend her rights because the local government had lost her home and business.
She said. “My current case is no one cares. Take the legal process of two trials were lost, the first trial is Urabandin City, the second trial is Shaanxi Province. Now I am told to go to the State Bureau of Letters and Visits, the State Bureau of Letters and Visits told me to find the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Bureau of Resources told me to find the court, the court said my case expired, and now it is hanging there unattended.”
Wu Yuanxiu has been petitioning in Beijing for a long Time for this reason, but in the process of petitioning, a new case of injustice was extended, and her ID card was seized by the Beijing Wangfujing police station and has not been returned.
Wu Yuanxiu said, “The police are supposed to protect national security and people’s lives and property, but some unscrupulous police officers, under the guise of the Beijing police, are colluding with local lawless elements to do things behind the scenes that cannot see the light of day!”
