The report said she was an asymptomatic patient who had been worried she would infect her daughter while in quarantine at home after being diagnosed. She was found dead in her home in the middle of this month in what was determined to be a suicide from the scene.
As the CCP virus outbreak continues to spread in Japan, more and more mildly ill and asymptomatic patients are being asked to be quarantined at home. According to Associate Professor Luiko Ueda of Waseda University in Japan, “being isolated at home can cause great mental stress to patients, and health authorities and patients’ families need to pay close attention to their mental condition.”
According to data released by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on the 22nd, in 2020, a total of 20,919 people died by suicide in Japan, an increase of 750 people compared to 2019, and a rise again after 11 years. Among them, the number of male suicides decreased by 135 compared to 2019, but the number of female suicides increased by 885, which may be due to the deterioration of economic conditions and changes in Family environment caused by the Communist virus Epidemic.
