Powell’s lawyer asks Supreme Court to dismiss her Joe state election case, says effort far from complete

The Gateway Pundit reported on Jan. 19 that Sidney Powell, an attorney, had asked the U.S. Supreme Court that day to dismiss her lawsuit against the Georgia presidential election results.

The lawsuit was filed with the high court last December after the U.S. Supreme Court decided not to hear Texas’ suit against the swing state’s election as unconstitutional. Last week the Supreme Court denied Powell’s request to expedite the case. The Supreme Court also denied requests by Georgia attorney Linwood and Pennsylvania Rep. Mike Kelly (R) to expedite their respective lawsuits.

The Gateway Pundit posted a message from Powell’s attorney, “For those asking why we are dismissing the case, the Supreme Court’s delay in addressing the issues we have raised has rendered our representation of our clients on these issues, moot. But we are far from done doing everything we need to do to look deeper into this fraudulent election.”
