Since entering the New Year 2021, epidemics have been raging across the mainland, with an outbreak gathering in Suihua Wangkui County, Heilongjiang Province and spreading around. The Chinese Communist Party has been concealing the epidemic on the mainland. As of 24:00 on January 18, Heilongjiang officially reported 448 confirmed cases, including 276 asymptomatic infections, but folk believe the actual situation is much higher than the official figures. Local people disclosed that several villages in Wangkui County have been completely emptied.

Wangkui County is one of the four high-risk areas of the epidemic on the mainland, and on January 19, Wangkui County issued a further control announcement, prohibiting all urban and rural residents from leaving their homes and private vehicles from going on the road for a week, except when necessary for medical treatment and nucleic acid testing.

The announcement also strictly prohibits urban and rural village cadres in the county and the countryside to and from, home in the county living in the deadline forbidden to return to the city, each township to solve their own food and accommodation problems. All township canteens cancellation of dine-in, food and lodging gathering is strictly prohibited. All shopping malls were shut down and merchants were banned from going out, etc.

According to external analysis, since the outbreak of the epidemic last year, the Chinese Communist Party has turned the epidemic into a political achievement and organized mourning events as happy events, using strong city closure measures, universal testing and fabrication of infection data to cover up the real epidemic. The epidemic was also closely linked to the “political achievements” of local officials. Suihua City’s out-of-control epidemic has tarnished the authorities’ record of “fighting the epidemic” and they are starting to throw out scapegoats.

That night, mainland official media reported that the local Suihua government had punished 16 people, including the deputy mayor of Wangkui County and disease control officials, and listed their various failures.

Wangkui County was emptied of several infected villages, and eyewitnesses were horrified.

Wang Dajie, a villager near Wangkui County, told the Epoch Times that the epidemic in Heilongjiang is quite serious and the entire population of Wangkui County has been tested for the fifth time for nucleic acid. They are more than 30 miles away from Wangkui County and they have also done their second round of nucleic acid testing.

She said that Wangkui has a brigade secretary’s family held a wedding for three days in a row, including distant relatives who came to drink, and the whole village was infected. “A pregnant woman had an ultrasound and was found positive when she was given a nucleic acid test, and it was only when pressed that she learned she had drunk wedding wine a few days before.”

“The first pull away 2 villages more than three hundred people, with 7 buses, all pulling the county to go. Some on the hotel, the hotel has no room, some were put into the second school, where students are on vacation; and then some people are put in nursing homes.” She said.

“Two days ago, 2 or 3 villages were pulled away, a total of 4 or 5 villages of villagers, all in Wangkui side. (There are) a lot of police cars, cars, buses. In the side of the fast walk, I saw the old scary, pull the children cry wife screaming.”

Pigs and cattle can not be fenced Pods of rice and soybeans no one dares to collect

Sister Wang said that rural people raised cattle, pigs and what not are not fed by the government to deal with. “There is a family raising 200 pigs are out of the pen, are going to the money in hand are not sold out, people are whole away, pigs can not be fenced, is out of the pen also no one wants, who dares to ah, and no one dares to kill.”

She said that the chickens and ducks raised by rural people are even more unattended, “I guess they are all going to starve to death.”

Some people also told the Epoch Times that these villages were transferred, livestock were dug and buried.

The county where Wang Da-she is from sent a small video of Wangkui County that, “There is no one, not even a car, not even a single person to see.”

She also introduced, not only pigs and cattle no one dares to want, even the bush rice, soy beans no one dares to collect. “I have a collection of soybeans in our township on it (Wangkui) that went to collect, two days ago was pulled away from the quarantine, said he was infected.”

She said that these people have to be quarantined for 21 days and then see, survive it and come over.

It is reported that now the round of the epidemic across the mainland began, whether or not close contacts, or sub-close contacts are always taken away to quarantine.

Wang introduced the epidemic, if he is positive, that is, you are in contact with the patient, you do five times before you made, in fact, you got, you do not have symptoms. After 21 days nothing is fine, it is afraid that after contact to about 21 days outbreak.

At present, no one in her village is infected, but they have several in the township were pulled away. “Said to be playing mahjong, and that collection of soybeans. Now those who are not exposed can stay at home, those who are exposed are taken away and quarantined. Now social groups are not allowed to say the epidemic, or you say that you create rumors, you may be arrested. Because of the problem of reporting the number.”
