That night, mainland official media reported that the local Suihua government had punished 16 people, including the deputy mayor of Wangkui County and disease control officials, and listed their various failures.
Wangkui County was emptied of several infected villages, and eyewitnesses were horrified.
Wang Dajie, a villager near Wangkui County, told the Epoch Times that the epidemic in Heilongjiang is quite serious and the entire population of Wangkui County has been tested for the fifth time for nucleic acid. They are more than 30 miles away from Wangkui County and they have also done their second round of nucleic acid testing.

Some people also told the Epoch Times that these villages were transferred, livestock were dug and buried.
The county where Wang Da-she is from sent a small video of Wangkui County that, “There is no one, not even a car, not even a single person to see.”
