In Beijing and other areas, there have been confirmed and local cases after 14 days of intensive observation of inbound personnel, and there have been sporadic cases and outbreaks of aggregated outbreaks around Beijing and in many parts of China, increasing the risk of migration into Beijing and making the prevention and control situation serious and complicated.
Officials said that for people entering Beijing from abroad and overseas, the “14+7+7” health management measures will be implemented on the basis of the existing policy, i.e., after the 14-day centralized quarantine period, people entering Beijing will continue to be isolated at home or in centralized quarantine for 7 days, and then undergo 7 days of health monitoring after the expiration of the period.
As for people entering from other ports in China, they have to be isolated for 21 days before they can enter Beijing, and after entering Beijing, they still have to make up for 7 days of health monitoring, and those who have entered Beijing for less than 21 days have to make up for 7 days of home or centralized isolation and 7 days of health monitoring.
According to reports, between 0:00 and 24:00 on the 18th, there was one new case of local confirmation and one case of asymptomatic infection in Beijing.
