As China’s epidemic is heating up, there have been frequent incidents of falling fire meteors, sparking a public debate. In Urumqi, Xinjiang, another fire meteor was seen recently, emitting a blinding light and accompanied by a thunderous rumble. Since ancient times, falling meteorites are an inauspicious omen, and netizens have speculated that something big may happen in China.
Recently, a video of a falling meteor in Urumqi, Xinjiang has been circulating on the internet. At around 7:53 a.m. Beijing time on January 15, a surveillance video from a county in Urumqi captured a fire meteor speeding past from the southwest to the northeast, emitting a dazzling light, and exploding in the air as it fell, the earth was instantly enveloped by a blinding light, and someone heard a thunderous rumble, after which the light of the fire meteor dimmed and eventually disappeared.
Local people speculate that the meteor fell in the northeastern part of the Junggar Basin, in the area of Qitai and Mubi counties. Numerous meteorite hunters are known to have been out in search of the fire meteor.
The ancient Chinese speak of the unity of heaven and man. According to historical records, the appearance of “fire meteors” often indicates that something big will happen in the world. The “History of the Song Dynasty” records the vision of the sky turning red and meteors falling into the sea before the fall of the Southern Song Dynasty. Whenever the Southern Song Dynasty tried to resist the fate of extinction, there were always visions of hurricane, black air rising in the sky, wind and fog.
The year before the last young emperor of the Southern Song Dynasty, Bing Zhao, jumped to his death at Yashan Mountain, a huge meteor fell into the sea from the southeast, and more than a thousand small meteors fell with it, sounding like thunder.
In more recent times, on March 18, 1976, the world’s largest meteorite fell in Jilin. That year, several top CCP leaders, Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, and Mao Zedong, died one after another, a major earthquake occurred in Tangshan, and the Cultural Revolution ended.
At present, the Communist Party’s viral plague is spreading widely in mainland China, with the most serious epidemic in Hebei province, which is close to Beijing, and continues to spread to at least nine provinces and cities, as well as Beijing, and Zhongnanhai is worried about it.
In years of great disasters, visions often occur frequently. In the early morning of Dec. 23 last year, a huge fire meteor broke through the sky and fell in Nangqian County, Yushu, Qinghai. The video taken by the people who witnessed it showed that the fire meteor looked like a huge fireball falling from the sky, after a loud noise was heard in the distance when it fell. Experts say that what fell into Qinghai was “a super meteorite”.
On the night the fire meteor fell, a bizarre “red light” appeared in the Delingha area north of Yushu, Qinghai, like a “pink moon” hanging in the air. Witnesses said that the pink light continued to appear for about 30 to 40 minutes.
The mainland media also reported the strange phenomenon of the pink light cluster, but it is not clear what caused it. Many netizens speculated that the cluster of red light may be related to the falling fire meteor.
Other netizens say it signals the fall of the Communist Party’s red regime.
In addition to Xinjiang and Qinghai, there were also visions in Beijing. At about 9 a.m. on Dec. 29 last year, “three suns” appeared in the Beijing sky for about two hours, and many people took pictures of the spectacle.
A netizen posted: “Beijing today around noon all over the city can be seen double side phantom sun, and some areas have a ring around the sky top arc and very light 46 degrees halo. Huairou has an external halo.”
In response to the many visions, mainland netizens have hotly debated: “to change the sky,” “a great evil omen,” “in recent years, especially the recent astronomical frequent visions.”
The famous astronomer and prophet Li Chunfeng of the Tang Dynasty wrote the “Yisi Jim” recorded: “Meteors are the messengers of the heavens, flying in the different stars, to show the earth the sky warning. People see the meteors big, corresponding to the mission of the meteors are also big, corresponding to the earthly events are bigger, will happen more disaster.”
At present, the epidemic in China is out of control and continues to spread, the number of Hong Kong people has increased dramatically, and places such as Hebei and Inner Mongolia are rushing to build large square cabin hospitals or “Vulcan Mountain” isolation houses. Officials acknowledge the complexity and severity of the epidemic, and people are even more frightened.
