White House finds “Trump’s hammer” in Trump’s personal effects, causing a lot of controversy

A White House staff member carries the “Trump hammer”.

The White House staff is helping to organize Trump’s personal belongings these days, and a scene outside the White House captured by British media outlet Reuters has caused a lot of buzz.

According to TMZ, the largest entertainment news website in the United States, this “Trump’s hammer” is a gift for Trump made by a couple of Trump supporters, Clay and Teri Williams, who spent three months to build the hammer themselves and then gave it to Trump.

The couple said that the outer layer of the hammer handle is made of high-grade Italian leather, plus the inner aluminum hammer body is solid, so the “Trump hammer” cost US$3,500, nearly 100,000 Taiwan dollars. The hammer is engraved with Trump’s name as well as “Trump Make America Great”.

In 2016, Clay and Williams sent the hammer to Trump’s building a week before his inauguration, but it was never known if Trump received it.
