Former Chinese Communist Party official Li Chuanliang.
Internationally, the Communist Party not only interfered in the U.S. election, but also concealed the epidemic causing the Communist virus (also known as the new coronavirus, COVID-19) to spread around the world and face an international siege; domestically, a large number of dissidents have been imprisoned and people have been forcibly demolished with no place to petition. Li Chuanliang, former deputy mayor of Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, said that the Communist Party will soon eat its own fruit and face collapse.
Li Chuanliang, former deputy mayor of Jixi City in Heilongjiang Province, said in an interview with the New Tang Dynasty on 14 May that many local officials in mainland China, in the name of officialdom, use triad tactics to torture citizens and plunder their property in a corrupt way, which is all caused by the Communist Party system.
Li Chuanliang, former deputy mayor of Jixi: “So many torture officials are watching over him, you did not instigate him, who is doing that? How do they all do the same thing? Why you are wrong not to correct him, that is not the upper decision-makers, there are enforcers caused by it? The actual dictatorship is a dictatorship, one party is dominant. There is still no social supervision, that means the system of tyranny is caused by the party system.”
He revealed that many dissidents have to announce online that they are still alive every five days in order to prevent being imprisoned and disappeared.
Li Chuanliang, former deputy mayor of Jixi, said, “Some people publish their information every week because they are afraid that no one will pay attention to them, and they are afraid that if they are imprisoned or die one day, no one will know about it. Many even tell that if they don’t contact you for 5 days, there is a problem. My point: there is no freedom in China, it’s a matter of fear now. What state has this gotten to?”
He also pointed out that now in mainland China, there are a large number of local people, houses are being forcibly demolished, many private businesses are being confiscated, and many righteous lawyers are being arrested, all because of the policies implemented by the CCP based on fake vicious fighting. At the same time, it also shows that the Communist Party will soon disintegrate.
The former deputy mayor of Jixi City, Li Chuanliang: “In the final analysis, I think this incident can reflect several phenomena, one is corruption, he is now selective anti-corruption, the real corruption from within the party, from the system, from the system, and even the central high level, that means what the problem, your party is not working!”
Recently Li Chuanliang’s subordinate, Kong Lingbao, former secretary of the Hengshan District Committee in Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, was the first official to be sentenced to more than 10 years in prison for so-called “ineffective resistance to the epidemic”. In an interview with Radio Free Asia and other foreign media last August 25, Li Chuanliang, the former deputy mayor of Jixi who fled to the United States, revealed that his former subordinate, Kong Lingbao, was arrested for his private comments criticizing the Chinese Communist Party for concealing the epidemic and its ineffective prevention and control. He himself resigned because he could not stand the corruption in the CCP officialdom and said he had joined the China Democratic Party. He also believed that there were many people in the CCP system who were dissatisfied with the CCP system like Cai Xia, but many of them dared not speak out for fear of being reported.
Li Chuanliang, 57, a native of Jixi, Heilongjiang Province, graduated from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University with a degree in business administration for senior executives, an advanced master’s degree in business administration, and a senior accountant. he joined the workforce in September 1983 and served as deputy mayor of Jixi and Hegang in Heilongjiang Province. he resigned from public office in March 2017.
