No matter how luxurious the world has become, I still like to be frugal. It has become not closely related to money, but just a habit. I say this because the opportunities for frugality are so cheap that they can be found all over the place. For example, no matter how full the tube of toothpaste is, you can only squeeze out 1.5 to 2 cm of paste on the toothbrush bristles, not 1 foot long. Because you can’t use that much, you can’t turn your mouth into a crab party cave. Then again, no matter how many closets of clothes you’re sitting in, when the heat is steamy, you can only wear a cotton T-shirt. If you put a mink coat over your body, the lighter the redness and heat of the heat rash, the heavier the heat stroke will fall to the ground and die. Frugality is much easier than luxury, and is a good companion for lazy people – the most straightforward way and the smallest expense straight to the goal.
However, there are three things you can’t be frugal about.
The first thing is learning. Learning is costly, even if the sage Confucius, answering questions and solving problems, but also to receive dry meat as a gift. The cost of learning is slightly different from buying and selling other goods. You don’t know exactly how much knowledge you’ll get, and it depends not only on the level of the teacher, but also on your own state. It’s a bit like buying a cow from across the mountain in some cases, and even riskier than stocks. No one can guarantee that you will get into college after paying tuition, you can only invest upfront. Opportunity is the little child holding the wedding dress, if you do not study, the bride will never appear in the hall of your life.
The second thing is travel. Everyone is born as a tadpole and grows up as a frog at the bottom of the well. It’s not your fault, it’s just your limitation, but you have to think of ways to make up for it. To understand the world, you must go to faraway places. Traveling costs money, as anyone knows. The benefits of travel are not immediately apparent, but often need to be accumulated over time. Some people think that travel is just taking some photos and buying some small crafts, but it is not. Travel allows our bodies to perceive different winds and waters, and our minds become sensitive and colorful under the nourishment of different styles. The eyes are therefore old and spicy, and the talk is therefore humble.
The third thing is to exercise the body. In ancient times, people did not have the habit of exercising specifically. The need to survive forced them to keep running and hunting, leisure time to play God, chiseling paintings on the rock wall, dancing around the campfire, are not light work, can not accumulate extra calories. Society has progressed, material abundance, the inexhaustible calories become our lingering burden. So we have to artificially trudge on machines, float in chlorine-filled pools, roll on artificial snow and ice, and climb on pretentious concrete cliffs …… It’s a silly luxury, but we have no choice but to invest unceasingly in money and drill our barren muscles and bones to maintain a minimum of strength and a minimum of basic The agility.
Is there a way to save money? Actually, there is. If you treat life as a classroom and learn from all people, you save money on school. You can save money on travel by hiking to faraway places. By not using any fitness equipment, you save money on fitness by doing radio gymnastics at home with a shuttlecock and high leg …….
However, it also breaks the bank, because we pay for the time.
