How serious is the Shijiazhuang epidemic? Build isolation houses black head set to catch people

The epidemic continues to heat up in Hebei. Following the off-site quarantine of more than 20,000 villagers in Shijiazhuang’s Gaocheng district, there are rumors that 3,000 isolation wards are being rushed to be built, among other measures. A video shows special police officers armed with steel pitchforks and using netting and black headgear to arrest a driver trying to leave Shijiazhuang.

The land media reported that 75 new confirmed cases of Communist pneumonia (Wuhan pneumonia) were reported in Shijiazhuang from 0-24 hours on January 13. All close contacts traced have now been placed in centralized isolation.

As of 24:00 on January 13, a total of 815 confirmed local cases and 36 imported cases from abroad have been reported in Hebei Province. In addition, 195 local asymptomatic cases and 5 overseas imported asymptomatic cases are still under medical observation.

However, official figures from the Chinese Communist Party have always been questioned by outsiders. There are several indications that the situation in Shijiazhuang is quite serious.

First, 3,000 sets of isolation rooms (wards) are being built in a rush. 3,000 sets of isolation rooms arrived from Tangshan, Hebei Province, in Zhengding County, Shijiazhuang, on January 13, and three integrated housing manufacturers in Tangshan are working overtime to produce integrated houses that will be used as isolation wards in Shijiazhuang after completion.

According to media reports, all three companies had provided integrated houses for Wuhan Vulcan Mountain in early 2020.

And the emergency notice sent by the Shijiazhuang Epidemic Prevention Command Isolation Protection Group to the Gaocheng District health Bureau, previously obtained by the Epoch Times, shows that “there is an urgent need to activate new isolation sites” and that the District Health Bureau has been asked to immediately organize personnel to inspect a total of 469 isolation rooms at three isolation sites in Lianzhou No. 1 Middle School, Lianzhou No. 4 Middle School and Vocational Education Center.

Second, on the evening of January 13, the Henan Province aid medical team arrived in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. The medical team reportedly consisted of 95 people, 80% of whom were first responders who had been to Wuhan.

On January 11, over 20,000 villagers from 12 villages in Zengcun Town, Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, were isolated in a centralized off-site location. In this regard, the CPC National Health Commission rescue expert Tong Zhaohui’s statement on January 13: “A village may have dozens or even hundreds of residents, and only the village gate is sealed, the village is still interoperable, so we have to find a suitable place for centralized isolation.”

On January 7, Shijiazhuang announced a city closure, full nucleic acid testing, and all vehicles and people in the city would not leave the city.

In Shijiazhuang under the epidemic, stores were closed and the streets were empty. People could not go to work, could not leave their neighborhoods, and were quarantined at home. The quarantine has to be lifted at a later date.

According to a video forwarded by local netizens, escape from Shijiazhuang is out of the question, with a large number of special police stationed at toll stations. A video of “trying to escape from Shijiazhuang” shows a car with a license plate of Ji R (Ji R for Langfang City license plate) from the toll station, immediately a staff member came forward to test the owner’s body temperature, said a “behavior abnormal, do not cooperate with the inspection.”

Immediately two special police officers holding riot shields advanced to the car, shouting to the owner “please cooperate with the inspection!”

The owner seemed to be saying that he had already checked, some not too impatient, so he started the car to drive away to break through. Instantly, the siren sounded, an Iveco special police car drove out across the road blocked. People on the side of the road were scared and ran away.

The “red armband” SWAT officers asked the owner to get out of the car to accept the inspection, the owner got out of the car and they theorized, simply took off the mask, saying “I do not have the disease!”

Before the owner reflected, a SWAT officer holding a net cover over the owner’s head, the other three SWAT officers swarmed, the owner of the car to cut the arms, and put on the black hood, quickly grabbed the person away from the scene.

Immediately after, the presence of special police to disinfect the vehicle. Video of the scene shows that some SWAT officers also hold steel forks on duty.
