The New York Post revealed Wednesday (Jan. 13) that immediately after New York City terminated its partnership with the Trump Organization over the Capitol Hill onslaught in the capital, news broke that Trump’s oldest son Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend announced they were leaving New York City to live in Florida.
The reason for the move, the source said, is that given the current political climate, the 43-year-old Trump Jr. can no longer be seen on the streets of New York, so he decided to follow in the footsteps of his sister Ivanka Trump and leave New York City immediately. In addition to security concerns, there are tax avoidance reasons.
Trump Jr. and his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, are currently looking for property in Jupiter. It’s only an hour and a half drive from Ivanka and Jared Kushner’s $30 million apartment on Indian Greek Island. The city, where Trump Jr.’s ex-wife and five children live, is also not far from his father, President Trump’s golf course.
Instead of building a new house on vacant land, Trump Jr. is going to buy a house in a safe, private school district where conservatives live.
In addition, Trump’s youngest daughter, Tiffany (Tiffany Trump), 27, is also looking for a house in Miami.
