The Gateway Pundit reports that the Texas election fraudster caught in an undercover operation by Project Reality has been arrested for extensive vote-collection, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
The Gateway Pundit reports.
Last October, Project Veritas released an explosive undercover video of a Texas “Republican” consultant violating Texas and federal law.
Raquel Rodriguez, a consultant to Republican House candidate Mauro Garza, was filmed coercing and bribing voters to vote for Democrats.
Rodriguez was caught on camera taking ballots from voters and helping her fill them out.
Later, Rodriguez admitted what he did was illegal and bragged about giving elderly voters a nice shawl as a gift for voting Democrat!
“It’s illegal. I could go to jail.” Rodriguez told an undercover reporter for the Truth Project.” If I go to jail, I won’t look cute in stripes …… I’ll hate you forever.”
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton began investigating Rodriguez immediately after the Truth Project released the explosive video of her vote-hunting operation. On Wednesday, Paxton announced that Rodriguez was arrested for election fraud, illegal voting, illegally assisting people to vote by mail, and illegal possession of an official ballot. Paxton said, “Each of these charges constitutes a felony under Texas election law,”
Rodriguez faces up to 20 years in prison.
