The Gateway Pundit reported on January 12 that U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a California Democrat, announced her dream panel for Trump‘s impeachment, which includes nine impeachment prosecutors who are clear Democrats and are responsible for bringing the Trump impeachment case to the Senate floor. Eric Swalwell of California, a popular figure in the Chinese Communist spy scandal, is also a member of the panel.
Swalwell was seduced by beautiful Chinese Communist spy Fang Fang, a beautiful young woman who set a romantic trap for the rising political star while reporting the information she gathered to her superiors. Pelosi believes that those who can do such things are Democratic House members with the quality of integrity, otherwise how can they be selected for the impeachment of Trump’s leadership team?
The chief impeachment prosecutor appointed by Pelosi is Jamie Raskin of Maryland. Other impeachment prosecutors include: Colorado’s Diana DeGette (D), Rhode Island’s David Cicilline (D), Texas’ Joaquin Castro (D), California’s Eric Swalwell (D) and Yunping Liu (Ted Lieu), the U.S. Virgin Islands (Stacey Plaskett), Colorado (Joe Neguse) and Pennsylvania (Madeleine Dean).
The impeachment draft is Raskin, Cicilline, Liu Yunping and the House Judiciary Committee, Democrats in the draft only proposed an article of impeachment against Trump, accused Trump “sedition”, “interference with the peaceful transition of power” and so on.
The impeachment of President Trump is Pelosi’s second impeachment of Trump.
The House of Representatives will formally vote on Trump’s impeachment on January 13. If the House can pass the impeachment with a simple majority, the Senate will also hear the impeachment case, and if 2/3 of the senators support the articles of impeachment, Trump will be convicted and step down. But the Senate is next in session on January 19, the day before President Trump leaves office. But the House could also try to reach an agreement with Senate leaders to bring the Senate back into session earlier.
To mention again, Pelosi’s testimony to impeach Trump last year is still lying unreleased in the Congressional archives. That’s because the testimony of U.S. attorney Michael Atkinson, a member of the deep state, would completely uncover the corruption of the first Trump impeachment if it were to become public.
