Horror! Hebei home quarantine 20 million people! Strictly prevent the spread of the epidemic to Beijing

The epidemic is suspected to be out of control in Hebei, and the authorities are on high alert, with the Communist Party of China (CPC) authorities urgently declaring Shijiazhuang, Xingtai and Langfang “closed” to prevent the virus from invading Beijing. The Chinese authorities have declared a 7-day home quarantine for the entire population in Langfang and Sanhe, which is close to Beijing, equaling nearly one-third of the population, or about 20 million people.

The Chinese government of Hebei Province held an emergency press conference on January 12, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Langfang city to implement the “area-wide closed management”, people and vehicles do not go out unless necessary. And to Beijing, the province to implement the most stringent “four must” measures.

And Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Langfang City, high risk areas of villages and residential areas, but also to take more stringent closure control measures. At the same time, Hebei Province in the Beijing train station, bus station, into the Beijing main highway intersection, national and provincial roads and the Hebei provincial border all set up control stations, prohibit Shijiazhuang, Xingtai recently have a history of travel to Beijing.

Shijiazhuang, Hebei province entered a state of war on the 5th since the announcement of the new native outbreak on the 2nd. The entire area of Shijiazhuang’s Gaocheng District was adjusted to a high-risk area, making it the only high-risk area in the country.

Shijiazhuang announced a “city closure” from the 6th, with closed-loop control of the city and all cars with Shijiazhuang license plates not allowed to cross Beijing. The city of Nangong, under the jurisdiction of Xingtai, also announced a “city closure”, with buses suspended and schools closed.

From the 8th, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Dingzhou and other cities, in addition to the closure of the city, and the prohibition of people and vehicles out of the city, all residents home isolation for seven days.

On the 12th, Langfang, Bazhou, Sanhe and Quyang counties also announced the launch of virus testing for all staff and the implementation of a week-long home quarantine observation. In Sanhe City, buses were suspended on the same day and the time of resumption is unknown. All efforts were made to prevent the virus from invading Beijing.

According to a rough calculation of the population of each region, Shijiazhuang alone has a population of about 10 million people. In other words, Hebei province, which has a population of more than 70 million, will probably have nearly a third of the population, a total of about 20 million people, to be quarantined at home.

According to the Hebei health Commission, as of 10:00 a.m. on the 12th, 21 more local cases were confirmed in Hebei, including 16 new cases in Shijiazhuang and 5 new cases in Xingtai.

The report also said that since the re-emergence of local cases on the 2nd, a total of 532 people have been infected in Hebei Province, of which 305 are confirmed cases and 227 are asymptomatic. Among the confirmed cases, 288 are located in Shijiazhuang, 16 in Xingtai Nangong City and one in Langfang Gu’an County.

Xicheng District added new cases

The same day, Beijing Xicheng District, Hebei Province, Langfang City, Gu’an County, a confirmed case, for the Xicheng District, Zhuang Sheng Square, a company employee, the employee recently had a history of Shijiazhuang sojourn. As seen in the case information released from the Hebei side, the female patient recently traveled to and from Beijing to work and took Beijing Metro Line 4 several times.

After epidemiological investigation, Beijing has initially identified 95 close contacts for control and treatment.

Given that the Chinese Communist Party has a history of officially concealing epidemic data, the real data on the epidemic in various locations is yet to be investigated.

In fact, on December 18, 2020, Beijing already announced the emergence of a confirmed indigenous case, and in the afternoon of the 19th, Beijing reported an additional confirmed case in Chaoyang District. Subsequently, the Hanting Hotel Dashanzi in Chaoyang District was classified as a medium-risk area and all relevant stores were closed. Beijing’s Shijingshan District was put on “war footing”.

On December 24, new cases were also reported in Xicheng District of Beijing, and the Xishiku community and Shuntianfu were closed, with all staff doing overnight nucleic acid testing.

Xicheng District is the core area of CCP power, with the Zhongnanhai, Beijing Assembly Hall, the General Office of the CCP Central Committee, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Central Organization Department, the Propaganda Department, the State Council, the National Development and Reform Commission, and other central organs located in Xicheng District.

The Communist Party virus epidemic has once again attacked Xicheng District, and the Beijing Municipal Government issued 20 emergency prevention and control requirements on December 25: cadres of Party and government organs and citizens are not allowed to go to medium and high-risk areas, immigration travel business is suspended, and no tour groups are organized to enter Beijing, etc.

Pang Xinghuo, deputy director of the Beijing CDC, warned at a press conference on December 26 that confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected persons have appeared in many places in China, and Beijing has also seen multi-point distribution and local gathering of the epidemic, and the situation is serious and complicated.

Since December 28, large mass events have been cancelled in Beijing, and all large meetings scheduled to be held in Beijing have been cancelled. At the same time, Beijing’s epidemic prevention and control entered emergency status.

Under strict control, there is still a confirmed case in Xicheng District today, and the female patient has recently traveled to and from Beijing for work and has taken Beijing Metro Line 4 several times, so the possibility of the outbreak spreading to Zhongnanhai cannot be ruled out.

As early as February 22, 2020, during the peak of the first wave of the epidemic in Beijing, there were tweets that the CCP virus had attacked Zhongnanhai, and that Wang Zhongwei, a senior official at the ministerial level and secretary of the party group and director of the State Council Counselor’s Office, was diagnosed with the CCP virus and was placed in emergency quarantine for treatment.

However, the news ended up not being heard. Some netizens said that the leaders of the Chinese Communist Party are first-class national secrets, not to mention the diagnosis of infection, is a cold sneeze, but also cover up to keep the outside world from knowing.

In June of the same year, another epidemic broke out in Beijing’s Xinfa Di market, with several areas such as Xicheng District included in the risk zone, and the Communist Party’s top brass was once collectively invisible. At that time, Hong Kong media quoted sources as saying that some of the top leaders of the Communist Party had moved from Zhongnanhai to Yuquan Mountain in the western suburbs of Beijing as a result of the epidemic.
