Heilongjiang Wangkui County emergency “closed city” plague has spread to Changchun

China’s epidemic is spreading rapidly, with a serious outbreak in Wangkui County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, where the number of infected people has soared, and an emergency closure of the city was declared on the 11th, with all staff undergoing nucleic acid testing. At the same time, Suihua City also asked citizens not to leave the city unless necessary. According to official reports, the epidemic in Wangkui County has spread to Changchun, Jilin, triggering panic among the local population and emergency food distribution.

Chinese Communist Party officials reported on January 11 that 20 new cases of asymptomatic infection with the Chinese Communist Party virus were reported in Wangkui County, Heilongjiang, where an emergency closure of the city was declared, all neighborhoods and villages were closed for management, and all staff were tested for nucleic acid.

The notification said, 9, to Wangkui County Hospital, the patient Ms. Wang nucleic acid test was positive, his son was also positive after screening, mother and son are asymptomatic infected, they currently live in the village of Huiqi has been transferred to the medium risk area.

After a comprehensive screening, the local government sampled nasopharyngeal swabs from 8,791 people and completed testing of 2,848 people, 20 of whom were positive, and officials listed them as asymptomatic infected and did not count them as confirmed cases. However, in other countries, asymptomatic infected people are included in confirmed cases, and this move by the CCP officials is considered the most important to cover up the epidemic and bluff the public.

Although the official Communist Party data on the epidemic has been questioned as seriously shrinking, Wangkui County announced 20 new cases in one day, giving the outside world a sense of the extraordinary severity of the local epidemic.

The video circulated on the Internet shows that many intersections in Wangkui County were closed, and there were many people waiting to do nucleic acid testing at the hospital, crowding people, and no safety distance was implemented, which could easily trigger a cluster infection, and full testing became a loophole for epidemic prevention instead.

According to the staff of Wangkui town Fushun House Inn told the Epoch Times, “Today just closed the city, can not get in and out. There is a centralized quarantine, now in full nucleic acid testing. Sealing the community, a family can go out one person a day. Today just started to do nucleic acid testing, have to do a few days, a day or two to do not finish.”

The hotel staff next to the Wangkui passenger station revealed that “the county has traffic control, all cabs, including private cars are not allowed on the road, not out of the outside does not enter. the afternoon of January 10 all stopped, closed the city, in addition to supermarkets, hotels did not close, the rest all stopped.”

“The first point of departure is the village of Huizi (Wang Moumou mother and son), Huizi village first did nucleic acid testing, the source of the epidemic is not clear. There are 4 asymptomatic infected people from Wangkui who went to Changchun. Now it is very serious and cannot leave. The company’s main business is to provide a wide range of products and services to the public.

A citizen of Wangkui County said, “A child (Zhang Moumou) in a remedial class in Wangkui County got (CCP pneumonia) from a Langtong English remedial class. It is possible that children in the same tutorial class will have to be isolated.”

According to the official notification, the outbreak in Wangkui County has spread to Changchun City, Jilin Province.11 On the same day, Changchun City informed that the city’s medical institutions found four cases with positive nucleic acid tests, two couples, both returning to Changchun from Wangkui County.4 people without fever, cough and other symptoms, have all been transferred to Changchun Infectious Disease Hospital for isolation.

One of the patients had sent his grandson to a class at Linda’s English tuition class near Changchun West Square from January 6 to 9. Another patient’s relatives work at the Changchun Xintiandi shopping mall, which is currently closed for management, with a closure notice posted at the entrance of the mall.

The outbreak in Changchun has sparked panic among the public, who have begun to stockpile food for fear of closing the city. The local government is asking people to take nucleic acid tests outside in the cold weather, which is more than 10 degrees below zero, in order to find close contacts.

Many schools in Changchun are not yet on holiday, and some Jilin University students raged on Weibo against the local government: “Still playing dead, no decision, let wear a mask exam bluff students.”

Other students said they would “flee Changchun overnight”.
