Rifle Association urges members to enter politics to prevent Biden from repealing the 2nd Amendment

President-elect Joe Biden pledged to defeat the National Rifle Association (NRA) and end gun violence on the 10th anniversary of the Tucson shooting on Friday (8).

The NRA responded on Sunday (10) that Biden was attempting to repeal the 2nd Amendment right to own firearms and called on gun owners to remain vigilant and to participate in the political and legislative process.

The NRA warned that Biden is attempting to violate people’s constitutional rights by banning the ownership of semi-automatic firearms and taxing firearms and magazines. The NRA claims that it is the only organization that can stop Biden from repealing the 2nd Amendment.

The NRA is one of the largest lobbying groups in the United States and a Republican gold-digger, and has long been under attack by left-wing politicians for defending the 2nd Amendment. The attorneys general of New York State and Washington, D.C., launched lawsuits last year in an attempt to dismantle the NRA; the city of San Francisco, California, listed the NRA as a homegrown terrorist organization the year before, but dropped it in the face of litigation.
