No. 10: Zhou Chunyu, former vice governor of the Anhui Provincial People’s Government, embezzled more than RMB 400 million.
No. 9: Yin Yun, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People’s Congress, embezzled 450 million yuan.
No. 8: Mao Xiaobing, former member of the Standing Committee of Qinghai Province of the Communist Party of China, embezzlement of RMB 500 million.
No. 7: Wu Changshun, former director of the Tianjin Public Security Bureau, embezzled RMB 530 million.
No. 6: Shi Fenggang, former Party General Secretary of Xinzhuang Village, Changxindian Town, Fengtai District, Beijing, embezzlement of RMB580 million, also involved in misappropriation of office and collusion in bidding.
No. 5: Yang Chenglin, former chairman of Inner Mongolia Bank, embezzlement of more than RMB 600 million.
No. 4: Li Jianping, former Party Secretary of Hohhot Economic and Technological Development Zone, embezzlement of more than RMB 600 million.
No. 3: Zhao Zhengyong, former secretary of the provincial party committee of Shaanxi Province, embezzled RMB 717 million.
No. 2: Zhang Zhongsheng, former county party secretary of Zhongyang County, Shanxi Province, embezzlement of RMB 1.04 billion.
No. 1: Lai Xiaomin, former chairman of China Huarong Asset Management Corporation, embezzled RMB 1.788 billion and illegally appropriated RMB 25 million of public funds.
