Police have placed the Capitol under martial law on the night of Jan. 6.
On January 6, some protesters stormed the U.S. Capitol, forcing the suspension of a joint session of Congress and the emergency evacuation of lawmakers. The U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tweeted that the act of breaking into the Capitol is unacceptable and that the criminals involved in the riot must be brought to justice.
The U.S. Congress has been in a state of flux for more than a decade, and the U.S. Congress has been in a state of flux for more than a decade.
He said he has always supported the right of everyone to peacefully protest for their beliefs and ideas.
He also stressed that violence that puts the safety of others at risk is intolerable. Let’s quickly bring the criminals involved in this riot to justice.
Trump supporters said there were Antifa members disguised as protesters who blended into the crowd and stormed the U.S. Capitol.
A retired military officer told The Washington Times that XRVision used its software to perform facial recognition on the protesters, matching two Philadelphia Antifa members with two men inside the Senate. The source provided the Washington Times with the photo matches.
One of the men had tattoos that suggested he was a Stalinist sympathizer. Antifa promotes anarchy through violence and wants the United States to be a pro-Stalinist state.
XRVision also identified another man who, although his connection to Antifa is not widely known, has appeared at Black Lives Matter protests.
In addition, a Hong Kong Epoch Times reporter was on the scene that day to interview citizens who participated in the rally, and a female citizen described that it was the police who let the protesters into the National Assembly, not the protesters who wanted to force their way in. She witnessed only one person at the scene banging on the door to try to enter Congress, and most of the protesters said not to do so, and that most people were peaceful.
After the storming of Congress, President Trump sent out several tweets calling on the protesters to remain peaceful and not violent. And he called on the protesters to go home peacefully. “I know you’re hurting, I know you’re hurting. This election, it was stolen from us. And it was an election that (we) won in a landslide, and everybody knows that, especially the other side.
“But you have to go home now. We have to keep the peace, we have to follow law and order. Trump said, “This was a malpractice election, but we can’t fall into the trap of these people. We have to keep the peace. “Go home in a peaceful mood.
Twitter deleted several of Trump’s tweets that night, including a video tweet calling for supporters to go home and another tweet calling for them to go home in peace. Trump said Vice President Mike Pence was not a part of the campaign. A tweet in which Trump said Vice President Mike Pence lacked the “courage” to do what was necessary was also deleted.
A Twitter statement said it had locked President Trump’s account for 12 hours and claimed it could be permanently suspended.
