Pence released a statement minutes before Congress began counting electoral votes, saying he would betray the White House.
Vice President Mike Pence released seconds before the start of the electoral vote that he would give up his constitutional authority to challenge the fraudulent election and allow Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to take over the White House.

The reason Pence identified in his statement was that Supreme Court Justice Joseph P. Bradley wrote that the disputed election of 1876 “does not give the President of the Senate the right, at the ministerial level only, to make any inquiry outside of a joint session, and any examination or judgment of the electoral votes must be done by both houses. President Trump has repeatedly asserted that Pence has the ability to unilaterally expel unconstitutional delegates. Pence reportedly reached the agreement with President Trump last night.
It appears this may be the ultimate betrayal of President Trump by Mike Pence.
