Breaking News Pence releases statement expressing betrayal, hands White House to Joe Biden

Pence released a statement minutes before Congress began counting electoral votes, saying he would betray the White House.

Vice President Mike Pence released seconds before the start of the electoral vote that he would give up his constitutional authority to challenge the fraudulent election and allow Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to take over the White House.

There are numerous allegations of election irregularities in this sub-election, and with so many officials setting aside state election laws, I share the concerns of millions of Americans about the integrity of the election,” Pence wrote.

Nonetheless, Pence said he would not give up on these suspicious and potentially illegal election college votes. But he added, “In my considered judgment, my oath to support and defend the Constitution prevents me from claiming unilateral authority to determine which electoral votes should be counted and which should not. In its place, Pence sent the decision back to the House and Senate. Democratic Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Republican leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) both said they would instruct their parties to disregard all allegations of widespread voter fraud.

The reason Pence identified in his statement was that Supreme Court Justice Joseph P. Bradley wrote that the disputed election of 1876 “does not give the President of the Senate the right, at the ministerial level only, to make any inquiry outside of a joint session, and any examination or judgment of the electoral votes must be done by both houses. Any examination or judgment of electoral votes must be done by both chambers. In a more recent ruling, U.S. Court of Appeals Judge J. Michael Luttig said, “The vice president’s right under the Constitution is to have the electoral votes faithfully counted, because they have been cast. She added that “the Constitution does not give the vice president the right to change the vote, or to reject the Electoral College, or any other method.

President Trump has repeatedly asserted that Pence has the ability to unilaterally expel unconstitutional delegates. Pence reportedly reached the agreement with President Trump last night.

It appears this may be the ultimate betrayal of President Trump by Mike Pence.
