Trump rumored to go to Scotland before the inauguration of the new president, the White House responded

Democratic candidate Joe Biden claims to have been elected in the 2020 U.S. election amid suspicions of fraud. There are reports that President Trump (Trump) may be planning to get up and go to Scotland the day before his inauguration. In response, the White House responded late Monday (Jan. 4).

Scotland’s Sunday Post, citing an anonymous source at the country’s Prestwick airport, reported that U.S. military surveillance aircraft have been stationed there for a week. The source told the newspaper that a “Jan. 19 U.S. military version of the Boeing 757” had also been reserved.

The source also revealed that the plane is “usually used by the vice president. However, the first lady is commonly used. Trump owns a luxury resort in Scotland called “Trump Turnberry” (Trump Turnberry).

White House deputy press secretary Judd Deere told Fox News in a statement late Monday that “anonymous sources who claim to know what the president thinks are simply uninformed.”

He said that if President Trump were to make his Jan. 20 plans public, “he would let you know.”

The dust has not yet settled on the 2020 U.S. election, and the Trump team’s legal battle and fight over fraud allegations is still ongoing.

Jan. 20 is the day the U.S. Constitution mandates the inauguration of a new president.

Senator Josh Hawley (Jo-Hawley) said this Monday that it is not yet a foregone conclusion who will become the next president of the United States. That depends on the outcome of a joint session of Congress on Jan. 6.

Some Republican lawmakers vowed to challenge the election results in some states presented by Congress on that day, raising objections to some of the votes cast by the Electoral College for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden (Joe Biden).

Trump has refused to concede defeat and said, “This fight is far from over.” He was interviewed on Fox News last month and when asked if he would attend Biden’s inauguration, the president said he did not want to talk about it.
