Before Congress meets, Navarro issues second major fraud report – Democrats’ “stuff the ballot box” strategy combines GOP insiders to steal presidential election

White House trade and industry adviser Peter Navarro.

A day before a joint session of Congress, White House trade and industry adviser Peter Navarro released his second study on election fraud, titled “The Art of the Steal,” on Tuesday (Jan. 5).

The report said the Democrats’ “stuff the ballot box” strategy, combined with “useful idiots” within the Republican Party, flooded six key states with enough illegal absentee and mail-in ballots to steal the presidential election from Trump.

The report was released just one day before a joint session of Congress and the roll call of electoral votes. Currently, thirteen Republican senators and dozens of House members in Congress have pledged to challenge the electoral votes of designated states, meaning an hours-long debate will be triggered to hear evidence of election fraud, irregularities, etc.; and finally, a simple majority vote in Congress to decide whether to discard the electoral votes.

Navarro already published a report last month, entitled “The Immaculate Deception: Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregularities” (The Immaculate Deception: Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregularities). The report, entitled “The Immaculate Deception: Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregularities,” revealed anomalies in the performance of six swing states in the 2020 presidential election, with an estimated 379,000 illegal votes counted.

The report released on Tuesday builds on the first one and provides more details on the specific election stealing strategies implemented by the Democratic Party.

The report says the Democrats used a two-pronged “ballot box stuffing” strategy, the first of which dramatically increased the number of absentee and mail-in ballots in the six states, and the second dramatically reduced the level of scrutiny of those ballots. This strategy flooded six key battleground states – Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin – with enough illegal absentee and mail-in ballots to turn Trump’s landslide victory into a narrow version of Biden’s illegal win.

In practice, Democrats have relied primarily on “legal means” such as state-level legislation and rule changes to implement their strategy; however, at times, they have also resorted to undermining the electoral system to advance their strategy.

The main tools include: changes to laws approved by state legislatures; rule changes and new guidelines proposed by the Secretary of State or other election officials; court rulings and interventions; and the use of “public-private partnerships” to control and manipulate the election process, as seen in key Democratic strongholds such as Wayne County, Michigan and Dane County, Wisconsin.

To expand absentee and mail-in ballots, the Democratic Party has seven basic tactics: relaxation of mail-in and absentee ballot requirements; mailing absentee or mail-in ballots or applications for such ballots to every voter (uniform mailing); increasing legal and illegal use of drop-off ballot boxes; illegal ballot collection; and the use of faulty voting machines.

To reduce the level of scrutiny of ballots, the Democrats utilized five additional tactics: relaxed identification requirements; reduced signature-matching requirements; illegal counting of improperly filled out ballots to increase the number of votes – both legal and illegal; and fewer supervised ballots.

“Democratic Party manipulators often hide behind the CCP Virus epidemic shield to further their goal of increasing the number of absentee and mail-in ballots in key battleground states.” Navarro wrote.

The report names key political figures who assisted Democrats, including Wall Street oligarch George Soros, Silicon Valley oligarch Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, and Marc Elias, former Hillary Clinton campaign general counsel and alleged architect and conduit of the Fusion GPS and Russiagate scams.

The report said Soros’ money helped fund campaigns to change election laws and rules, including through referendums. Soros’ network of organizations, such as the Secretary of State Project, which focuses on political action committees, helped elect Secretaries of State Jocelyn Benson of Michigan and Kathy Boockvar of Pennsylvania, who were instrumental in distorting or undermining election rules, thereby These secretaries of state have played an important role in distorting or undermining election rules to advance the Democrats’ “stuff the ballot box” strategy.

And Facebook CEO Zuckerberg invested nearly $500 million to help design election agencies in key Democratic strongholds such as Wayne County, Michigan and Dane County, Wisconsin, using a “public-private partnership” to take over what should be a nonpartisan election process.

Finally, the report says that “useful idiots” within the Republican Party have also played a role. The report names Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, a Republican, and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, the Republican in charge of elections, as signing an agreement that dramatically increased the number of absentee ballots and mail-in ballots while dramatically reducing the rejection rate for those ballots.

“The same Republican state lawmakers who voted for the bill to help Democrats advance their grand strategy were unwitting dupes.” The report reads.

“So far, the Democrats and their manipulators have been able to get away with their consummate fraud and theft techniques, which represent a failure of the media, Republican state legislators, other Republican government officials throughout the battleground states, the U.S. Congress, and our judicial branch at the state and federal levels.” The report said.

Both reports make a strong case for the need for a full investigation into the election irregularities and strategic gaming of the political process that likely led to the theft of the presidential election, the report wrote.

“Such investigations must begin immediately because this country cannot afford to take the risk of putting a president in office who is seen as illegitimate by a majority of Americans.” The report concludes.
