French expert : Communist dictatorship does not care about deception

Pierre Rigoulot, a French writer and doctor of social history, wrote an article in Le Figaro on January 5 about Zhang Zhan, a citizen journalist and lawyer who was sentenced to four years in prison on December 28 in a Shanghai court for going to Wuhan last February to report on the outbreak of the Xin Guan epidemic and subsequently being detained by the authorities. Li Guler’s analysis points out that when the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) runs the country as a one-party dictatorship, in a country where there is only one right voice, the Communist Party does not care about deception, and that this is an inevitable act of dictatorship that does everything in its power to suppress dissenting voices.

A few opposing voices

A few more voices of dissent can be heard in the past year of 2020, such as those of Chinese citizen journalists Chen Qiushi, Fang Bin, Li Zehua and Zhang Zhan, who were “forcibly disappeared” after trying to break through the Chinese government’s tight information blockade to report on the epidemic they witnessed in Wuhan. Zhang Zhan was sentenced to four years in prison by a Shanghai court for “provoking and provoking trouble,” demonstrating the exaggeration and cover-up of Chinese official propaganda. It was these civil voices that criticized the government for not informing the world of the new epidemic in the first place, and these voices were warned and threatened by the state. The CCP re-sentenced Zhang Zhan to punish her for her statements that were detrimental to the CCP’s image and to cover up the lying nature of the centralized communist system.

Zhang Zhan only presented the untruth of propaganda under the CCP’s guidance, revealing the truth of the Communist Party’s lies.

It has nothing to do with the freedom to go to Wuhan to investigate the origins of the epidemic, nor does it have anything to do with the causes of the New Crown epidemic as propagated by the Chinese government. The world knows that the causes of the New Crown epidemic from Wuhan are a sensitive topic in relation to the Uyghur, Tibetan and Mongolian communities, and knows what it is actually like to live in China, and that Chinese citizens who come out clearly are under equal pressure. The world coexists with a system where the only truth in China is the Communist Party.

The Communist Party’s one-party dictatorship

Li Gule points out that the CCP’s deception is not limited to the leader’s desire to appear strong, that lies are not the preserve of the leader who seeks to be a leader, as Mao Zedong and then his opponent Liu Shaoqi both did, or that lies abound in the communist state, as the author emphasizes is true of all communist systems, and he offers the following analysis and observations.

This is because in Communist-led dictatorships, the Communist Party is the only truth and no dissenting voices are allowed. Communist leaders rule according to Marxist-Leninist ideology, but is the capitalism written by Marx really the direction of social evolution ? And the move toward the communist model avoids violence, so it needs to be hidden from view.

The international human rights organization Human Rights Watch has called attention to the fate of people including Li Zhan. Li Gule believes that in a system like the CCP, human rights are only suppressed, and that the CCP, like in the Soviet Union before Stalin’s rule, only propagandizes and reports news that is good for the party, and that lies become a comfort to the communist system.
