Top Democrat sister, U.S. federal judge orders ban on Joe State’s removal of thousands of voters

A federal judge has ordered the reversal of a decision by two Georgia counties that called for thousands of voters to be removed from the rolls ahead of the Jan. 5 Senate race.

On Dec. 28, Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner filed an order with the District Court for the Middle District of Georgia later that day that said the counties appeared to “improperly rely on unverified change-of-address data” to invalidate registrations.

Gardner wrote in the order that the court “prohibits the removal of any disputed voters in Ben Hill and Muscogee counties from the rolls.

Reuters reported that the judge who issued the order is the sister of Democrat Stacey Abrams, who lost her 2018 bid for Georgia governor to incumbent Gov. Joe.

The practice in question would affect a list of more than 4,000 people in Muscogee County who were previously accused of voting despite changing addresses. Another 150 are from Ben Hill County.

U.S. media: Senator Tuberville decided to challenge the Electoral College but did not want to make it public

The U.S. news site National File last week quoted sources in direct contact with President Trump’s legal team as confirming that Alabama Senator-elect Tommy Tuberville has joined the state’s Congressman Mo Brooks’ plan to challenge the Electoral College and will challenge the results of the Electoral College vote at a joint session of Congress on January 6.

Sources said Tuberville does not plan to publicly confirm the challenge, likely for fear of retaliation from the Republican leadership or the media.

The report said President Trump has had a phone conversation with Tuberville and expressed optimism about the Jan. 6 challenge.

In addition, Florida Republican U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R) also announced that he would join Brooks’ challenge in the House and said he had spoken with Turberville and confirmed that the latter would join the challenge in the Senate.

Currently, there are five other senators who have said they are considering a challenge.

On January 6, the U.S. Congress will hold a joint session to certify the results of the Electoral College vote for the 2020 presidential election.

American Thinker: Is Trump playing Sun Tzu’s Art of War, or is nothing happening?

The clock is ticking and we are getting closer to the final date of January 20. Many people are getting impatient with the “all hat and no cattle” promises from the Trump team. That’s the American proverb, All hat and no cattle, which means: looks exciting, but no real action.

Brian C. Joondeph began his recent article in American Thinker with this statement, but he argues that things are not so pessimistic, that Trump believes in Sun Tzu’s Art of War, that Trump may be following Sun Tzu’s Art of War battle plan, and that victory is breeding in crisis.

Sun Tzu was a Chinese military general and strategist who authored the military strategy treatise “The Art of War”. Trump is a fan of his book because it made his short list of “best leadership books. Trump quoted – in this 2012 tweet – Sun Tzu’s Art of War, before Twitter fact-checked each of his quotes and included a warning and disclaimer with each tweet.

The North American Conservative Review translated the article, and the author said to start by looking at what Trump’s own government agencies have done.

The article says that while Attorney General Barr admits that “Spygate” is “one of the greatest tragedies in American history,” there has been no accounting.

Kevin Clinesmith, a mid-level FBI attorney who pleaded guilty to falsifying a document that became one of the keys to the FISA warrant for Carter Page and the subsequent spying on Donald Trump and his campaign, has not yet been sentenced.

The same FBI that sent 15 agents to investigate a garage door handle because Bubba Wallace (a famous race car driver) claimed it was a noose, can’t seem to find any reason to investigate a series of election irregularities.

The Republican congressman, who happily rode Trump’s coattails into the election, told Trump to “accept the results” and “turn the page.

What was once a “fair and balanced” media stalwart has now tilted to the left and become “unfair and dysfunctional”, comparable to the standard left-wing cable news mess.

The article writes that perhaps more is happening than we see, but for the 75 million Trump supporters, those who have endured ridicule and scorn for supporting President Trump, what is really happening is nothing.

President Trump has accomplished more in one term than most presidents accomplish in two terms, and is he going to lose it all to, well, an aging con man who is less qualified to be president of the United States than a bowling alley manager?

The article argues that the ancient wisdom and strategy of Sun Tzu seems to give a negative answer to the above question, judging by President Trump’s strong belief in “The Art of War”.

“It is difficult to know as yin, and it moves like a thunderclap.”

One example is Defense Secretary Chris Miller telling Vice President Mike Pence to thank him for his “steady hand and leadership” in “some of the [most complex] military operations this country has ever seen.”

Why haven’t we heard about such operations? Or are they “as unpredictable as the night”? And executed as “thunderbolts”? Pence is not a soldier, but Miller certainly is, having been a Special Forces operator and commander. Miller was on the verge of tears when he acknowledged Pence’s assistance and leadership. Something is happening.

“A soldier is a trickster.”

Trump is a master at creating chaos by strategically leaking to the media and creating disinformation – is Vice President Pence a white hat (good guy) or a black hat (bad guy)? The Secretary of Defense says Pence is a white hat. The Linwood lawyer says Pence is a black hat. Are the rest of Trump’s inner circle – Mark Meadows and Pat Cipollone – friends or foes? Patrick Byrne calls them snakes. But Trump hired them and kept them on the job.

“Messy and take it.”

Trump tweets in one direction and signs executive orders in the other. He complained about the Republican Senate while hundreds of conservative judges were confirmed by the same Senate. Poo distracted the media with tweets and comments, and while they were in meltdown mode, he was running circles around them.

“A victorious soldier seeks victory before he wins, and a defeated soldier seeks victory before he loses.”

Has Trump gone to war against the Democrats and the left? Has he sent troops to retake American cities under siege by Antifa and BLM? Has he declared martial law, as the tweets assured us he would? Or did Trump already game the game and knew election fraud was coming when he signed the 2018 executive order on election interference?

Has Trump already won and is now waiting for the best time to go to war? Has the defeated left been at war with Trump for 6 years without a win?

“Good is good when you don’t fight.”

So far, there has been no storm, no “great sea monster”. Trump has been following the Constitution and making legal arguments up to and including the U.S. Supreme Court. What Vice President Pence will do when the time comes to follow the Constitution again and certify the Electoral College votes is unknown.

Will a massive declassification crime and sedition campaign subdue the Democratic Party? Will Trump win without a fight? Time will tell.

Right now Trump is facing a binary choice. Either he is out of his depth and is dragged out of office. Either he can execute his plan on his own terms and in his own time.

But Trump knows what is at stake for himself, his family and the United States if Kamala Harris and Joe Biden get the keys to America and quickly hand them over to the Chinese Communist Party.

The essence of Sun Tzu’s Art of War is to confuse, mislead, surprise and attack. Fasten your seat belts, the next few weeks are sure to be exciting.

Chinese American Scholar: Left Fears Vindication Law, Irritated by McConnell’s Erraticness

In a Dec. 29 tweet, U.S.-based scholar Ho Ching-chin wrote that if anything would happen, it would be before Jan. 6. The message I get from analyzing the leftist media is that they try to claim that Trump is at the end of his rope and that the core team is in revolt. But they do fear anti-insurgency laws and want Pence to certify the election stolen by fraud on January 6. The Democrats are annoyed at McConnell’s erratic behavior, but they know full well the man has nothing to gain.
