Bringing charges against Pence? Arizona Republican Party Chairman Reveals Mystery Pennsylvania U.S. Attorney Resigns After Investigating Abandoned Mail-In Ballots

Hunter’s hard drivegate boss sues Twitter, message deleted by WeChat

The New York Post reported on 28 October that the owner of the computer repair store that sparked the “Hard Drivegate” scandal involving Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, has now taken Twitter to court for “defamation.

He accuses Twitter of defamation for allegedly hacking the information when it blocked it, resulting in damage to his business and reputation, as well as personal threats. He asked Twitter for $500 million in damages and to retract the claims in question.

After the news came out, someone forwarded it to WeChat on the mainland to draw immediate attention, which was unexpectedly deleted immediately. Apollo.com commentator Wang Duran said: The Chinese Communist Party is very loving to Biden, and this is the treatment of an old friend of the Chinese Communist Party.

The Pennsylvania federal prosecutor who investigated the abandoned mail-in ballot case resigned and was appointed by President Trump.

David Freed, the Pennsylvania U.S. Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, announced Tuesday (Dec. 29) that he will resign on Jan. 1, 2021.

The federal prosecutor, who was appointed by President Trump in 2017, made headlines in September for announcing an investigation into “throwaway” ballots.

In a statement Tuesday, Fried said, “I have been very fortunate to work with the highly qualified attorneys and staff of the Middle District of Pennsylvania for the past three years. It is an office with experienced and dedicated leadership and colleagues who truly understand the importance of working together for the benefit of our fellow citizens.”

Fried did not give a reason for his resignation, but said, “I have done my best to be thoughtful and consistent, and to provide justice to my fellow citizens in a fair, effective and efficient manner.”

Bringing charges against Pence? Arizona Republican Party Chairman Spills the Beans

Arizona Republican Party Chairman Kelli Ward is one of the plaintiffs in Vice President Mike Pence’s lawsuit. Ward described the lawsuit as “friendly” on Dec. 29 when she misunderstood their suit.

On Dec. 28, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) filed a lawsuit against Vice President Pence in the Eastern District of Texas, asking the court to grant Pence exclusive authority to decide the electoral college vote count during a joint session of Congress on Jan. 6. All 11 Arizona Republican electors and other Republicans have joined the lawsuit.

According to the Constitution’s vote counting provision, “The President of the Senate shall open all certificates and then count the votes in the presence of the Senate and the House of Representatives (members).” Vice President Pence also holds the position of Senate president.

Ward said that, including Pence, “we all want the integrity of the election.” She argued that the lawsuit is an argument that “the Constitution trumps the statute.

According to the lawsuit, Pence will preside over a joint session of Congress on Jan. 6, 2021, when the electoral college votes of the 50 states and D.C. will be counted. The plaintiffs are asking a federal judge to strike down the 1887 Election Counting Act and grant Pence the power to overturn the election results in favor of President Trump.

Nashville Christmas bombing scene police: God told me to turn around

A Christmas Day explosion in Nashville, Tennessee (USA), injured at least three people and destroyed 41 nearby businesses and other buildings. A police officer at the scene said he thanked God for preserving his life.

Wells told reporters on the 27th that he and several of his colleagues evacuated people from buildings after a bomb threat came over a loudspeaker in an RV parked in downtown Nashville early Christmas morning.

When the area was widely evacuated and Wells was about to walk to the RV to get there, he felt God instruct him to change his route. “It may not be politically correct, but it’s the truth for me.” “I literally heard God tell me to turn around and go see Amanda Topping, who was walking south on Broadway by herself,” Wells said.

“When I turned around,” Wells continued, with emotion in his voice, “for me, I felt like I only took three steps and then the music stopped. And as I was walking back toward Topping, I just saw orange and then I heard a loud bang”.

Topping said she had a similar experience, and just before the bomb detonated, she was told she needed to change direction. “I don’t know what told me to do that. It was really weird, but I decided to change direction and go to the other side of the road and start walking toward Wells. So when I started walking toward him, you know, he started walking toward me too.”

For Wells and Topping, it was a Christmas miracle that God preserved their lives.
