Biden, identified by the mainstream media as the U.S. president-elect, said in a December 28 foreign policy address that uniting with like-minded partners to defend common interests and values would put the United States in a stronger and more powerful position. This is all the more important at a time when the U.S. and China are competing and criticizing China. On the same day, the owner of the computer repair store that broke the “Hard Drivegate” scandal involving Biden’s son Hunter Biden in October announced that he was taking Twitter to court for “defamation”. This means that the “Hunter Computergate” scandal, which was suppressed by the mainstream media, will inevitably be fermented again, making Biden face the risk of a lame-duck president.
On China policy, Biden added, “We talked about the different strategic challenges we will face from Russia and China, and the reforms we must make to put ourselves in the strongest position to meet those challenges.” In Biden’s view,, “On any issue that concerns the U.S.-China relationship, from pursuing a foreign policy that benefits the middle class, including a trade and economic agenda that protects American workers, our intellectual property and the environment, to ensuring the security and prosperity of the Indo-Pacific region, to advocating for human rights, we are stronger when we are surrounded by nations that share a vision for the future of our world strong and effective.”
From the economic realm, Biden said more plainly: the United States must join forces with democratic allies that share its values to better deal with China. For “on our own, the United States accounts for almost 25 percent of the global economy, but together with our democratic partners, we will more than double our economic clout.” Europe is an important ally that Biden is counting on to unite, but Biden, who has his sights set on the U.S. presidency, is now facing the test of a comprehensive investment agreement between China and Europe coming after seven years of negotiations, to which the EU-27 is said to have no objections. Biden’s nominee for the next U.S. national security adviser, Sullivan, publicly stated via Twitter on the 22nd that he hopes to communicate with the European side as soon as possible on common economic and trade concerns with China. However, there is no evidence that the EU has had this communication with Biden’s team. The EU’s determination around the so-called “New Deal for America and Europe” is not yet clear.
Now back to the United States, see how the “Hunter computer gate” was suppressed, and how to kill back to the U.S. public opinion.
In October, the New York Post exclusively disclosed a batch of explosive documents on Biden’s son Hunter’s laptop, which included details of the Biden family’s improper business dealings overseas. The information is now part of a federal tax investigation. The same New York Post reported on Dec. 28 that John Paul Mac Isaac, the owner of the computer repair store that sparked the “Hard Drivegate” scandal, is now taking Twitter Inc. to court for “defamation. “He is now taking Twitter to court and seeking $500 million in damages. He alleges that Twitter called him a “hacker” in a content review, leaving him with a tarnished reputation and threats.
Although the computer repair store owner Isaac sued not the Biden family, but Twitter, but the “defamation case” gave the outside world a new opportunity to understand again to verify the details of Hunter’s computer door. The owner recently faced the media and reiterated: the computer was left at Isaac’s repair store in April 2019, but was never retrieved and not paid for. Isaac first provided the information to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for investigation in December 2019. Before turning the laptop over to the FBI, Isaac made a copy of the hard drive. Several months later, Isaac had the copy of the hard drive then provided to Giuliani, the former New York mayor and President Trump‘s personal attorney. Giuliani said: After three weeks of identification, the legal team believed the data was reliable and handed over some of the material to the New York Post for public release on Oct. 10.
The story of the lawsuit between Isaac, a computer repair store owner, and Twitter came after the New York Post story was published. As soon as the news about “Hunter’s Computergate” was exposed by the media, it was quickly blocked by Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms, preventing users from sharing it online. Twitter even claimed that the story relied on “hacked material” and that “he [Mac Isaac] is a hacker” who broke into a laptop that appeared to belong to Hunter Biden. This made him “widely perceived as a hacker” and even “completely absurd” to be labeled as a Russian agent or under Russian influence. He has been personally threatened, and his business has been negatively perceived and threatened. Isaac, the owner of a computer repair store, has sued, claiming that Twitter acted with “malicious intent,” demanding that it publicly retract its claim that he was a hacker and seeking $500 million in damages.
In September 2020, Republican Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) said that they had made improper business deals in China and Ukraine, and had made substantial profits from them. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) released a report on Hunter’s business affairs, stating that “[Hunter] and his family were involved in a vast financial network that connected them to foreign nationals and foreign governments around the globe.”
The mainstream media, which had played deaf and dumb to the Computergate scandal during October, came forward after the U.S. election to report that Hunter Biden and his business associates were being investigated for various taxes. The mainstream media did not follow up on the progress of this investigation, but the lawsuit between Isaac, the owner of the computer repair store, and Twitter is bound to trigger another fermentation of Hunter’s Computergate.
