Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin), chairman of the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, tweeted Dec. 22 about anomalies in Wisconsin and Nevada that were testified to at a Dec. 16 hearing on fraud in the 2020 election.
Senator Johnson tweeted a summary of that hearing the day before (Dec. 21) and said that many of the issues mentioned at that hearing need to be investigated and addressed.
Trumpisi: The Taint of Wisconsin’s 2020 Election
In a tweet, Senator Johnson cited the testimony of James R. Troupis, the Trump camp’s Wisconsin attorney, at the hearing on the 16th.
Attorney Troupis pointed out that although 3 million voters in the state legally participated in the election, more than 200,000 votes in the state were invalidated due to the state government’s failure to strictly enforce the state’s election laws, and even violated the state’s election laws, which is a stain on the 2020 Wisconsin election.
Attorney Trumpisi described the state’s campaign statutes as refusing to certify ballots that violate campaign regulations because the Wisconsin Legislature, realizing that absentee ballots are very vulnerable to fraud or fraud, required regulation of the use of absentee ballots.
The state’s regulations on absentee ballots include the state’s refusal to accept early ballots and the fact that absentee ballots must be mailed to the clerk’s office, whereas in the general election in Madison, which allowed voters to vote five weeks early at an outdoor ballot box without any supervision, the city received 17,271 ballot box ballots that were then mixed with other ballots.
The statute also includes the requirement to check absentee ballot envelopes and prohibits the counting of ballots with incorrectly completed absentee ballot envelopes, and 30,000 invalid ballots with incorrectly completed ballot envelopes were counted and read in the general election.
(The statute also requires the clerk’s initials on the ballot envelope, but in this election, a total of 2,000 mail-in ballots in Dane and Milwaukee counties did not have the clerk’s initials on them, and all of those ballots were counted).
Wisconsin allows absentee ballots for people with disabilities or serious medical conditions or infirmities, and no identification is required for those who apply for such absentee ballots in the 2020 election, resulting in 28,395 people in the state claiming this year that they were unable to go to the polls because they were too sick to vote, yet these people would go out to weddings, attend protests, go on vacations and even serve as poll workers at some polling places.
Another 17,000 other ballots were cast in Wisconsin without application, although under Wisconsin law, voters are required to make independent applications for these ballots.
Binal: Free society can’t pick up Nevada’s fraud
The Trump camp lawyer, Nevada lawyer Jessie Binnall, testified at the hearing on the 16th that although their fraud hotline rang non-stop during and after the election, their complaints were not taken seriously by the courts and they were vilified by the mainstream media for making up the story.
Attorney Binal said, “Thousands of voters in this year’s Nevada election, were unable to have a voice due to general election fraud and illegal ballots.”
He testified that the number of mail-in ballots in Nevada has exploded from 17,000 in 2016 to 690,000 this year since the Nevada Legislature made huge changes to the state’s election laws on Aug. 3, 2020, allowing large numbers of uniform mail-in ballots to be mailed without certifying voter identification and without ensuring “one vote per legal voter.”
The team also found that more than 42,000 Nevada voters voted multiple times; at least 1,500 deceased people voted; 19,000 people did not live in Nevada but voted in Nevada (not including military personnel serving overseas or out-of-state students); 8,000 voters provided non-existent home addresses; more than 15,000 voters filled out a residence address that was a business address or had been unoccupied for more than 90 days; and 4,000 non-Nevada residents voted.
So the team’s experts testified that 130,000 cases of general election fraud occurred in Nevada during the 2020 election, and that the true number would almost certainly be higher, all from comparing the real voter rolls with publicly available data.
Binnall said, “Our evidence has never been refuted, but many people are deliberately ignoring our evidence.”
Binal also described how two technicians at the Clark County, Nevada, count center also whistleblowed that they found that the vote numbers recorded on the count center’s voting machines after hours at night, as well as those stored on flash drives, changed by the time the count center opened the next day. And when the Binnall team tried to confirm this situation, they were only allowed to observe the USB drives of these voting machines from the perimeter and were not allowed to conduct forensic investigations.
The Binnall team also discovered that Nevada was offering illegal material rewards to those Native people who ran for office through a lottery, with prizes including things like gift cards and TVs.
When they took the case to court, the Nevada court often delayed the process of hearing the case first and left only a few hours for them to argue about it during the hearing, Binal described.
Our findings are disturbing, shocking and unacceptable to a free society,” Binal concluded. Any illegally cast or fraudulent ballot deprives honest voters of their right to vote.”
