Biden’s brother has close ties to the Chinese Communist Party, and his family has serious business corruption

While Hunter Biden, the son of so-called “President-elect” Joe Biden, has been in the news for his problems with the Biden family business, Biden’s brother James Biden’s corruption scandal has been ignored, the online magazine The Federalist said in an article Tuesday. Biden’s brother James Biden’s corruption scandal has gone unnoticed. They used Vice President Biden’s name to make a fortune overseas.

The Federalist article said Hunter worked for several years for a Ukrainian energy company, earning more than $50,000 a month, even though he had no prior experience in the industry. And his father was in charge of Ukraine policy at the White House at the time.

Biden, who throughout his presidential campaign denied ever discussing business with his son, was introduced by Hunter to an executive at the Ukrainian company he owned. A U.S. Senate investigation found that Hunt took $3.5 million from the wife of the former Moscow mayor.

Hunt used his father’s position to obtain an $80,000 diamond from a Chinese businessman with close ties to the Communist Party, and negotiated a $10 million per year contract with the same Chinese businessman for “introductions” only. Hunt also negotiated a 10 percent stake in Biden’s company.

Three people were involved in a six-figure buying spree paid for by the same Chinese businessman. They were Hunt, Biden’s brother, James Biden, and James’ wife, Sara Biden. The buying spree was flagged by Senate investigators as potentially criminal activity.

The Senate released a report in September after a three-year investigation. The report broadened the scope of the investigation into the Biden family’s decades-long conflict of interest because of Biden’s long history in high government positions. The Chinese businessman’s proximity to Biden through Hunter and his close relationship with James reveal the Chinese businessman’s ties to the Biden family’s interests and raise new questions about the extent of Biden’s involvement in the family’s business.

Those questions were started by Tony Bobulinski, Hunt’s former business partner turned whistleblower, who began to uncover them. In an hour-long interview with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson in October, he claimed that Biden’s family business was so corrupt that the “president-elect” had to “compromise” with the Chinese Communist Party. “.

The public reporting of James and Hunter’s business dealings in China must be just the tip of the iceberg. We know that in addition to the buying spree involving Chinese businessmen, James is being investigated by a federal agency in western Pennsylvania for a series of hospital-related transactions involving Americore health. The company was engaged in buying and operating rural hospitals.

The FBI raided one of the now-bankrupt company’s hospitals in January, as well as the home of its chief executive, Grant White. James’ home was not raided. James, a major investor in the company, was sued by White for fraud and racketeering. The company eventually went out of business.

In court documents reported by The Federalist this spring, White accused James of embezzling funds from his struggling Americore company, using them in part for his Florida vacation home. White said James never paid the money back.

But James has been using his last name to gain trust to grow his business.

“(Biden told me) there’s no door we can’t open in this country. So if I want to meet with the head of Google, it’s just a phone call away.” White said, “James always showed up as a fundraiser for his brother’s campaign …… He was the fundraiser, so he knew everybody.”

But the company went out of business anyway, and lawsuits ensued. Now, James has become the subject of a federal investigation.

The ProPublica news site published a lengthy report in February that made public the fact that James had used his last name for decades to obtain six- and seven-figure loans from people who donated to his brother’s campaign.

The ProPublica report said, “At times, Jim would seek out opportunities to request meetings between Biden and his potential clients or partners.”
