U.S. Rep. Lance Gooden (R-Texas) issued an open letter calling on his colleagues to join the challenge to the electoral vote.
Lance Gooden tweeted that foreign countries, tech giants, fake news and the Democratic Party have combined to damage America’s elections, and he is calling on every member of the House from Texas to join him in challenging the electoral vote on Jan. 6.
In his open letter, he said the U.S. Constitution gives Congress the unique and significant responsibility of certifying or rejecting presidential candidates after every presidential election, a responsibility that every member of Congress must certify to fulfill. He noted that the number of reports of election fraud and the questions that linger in people’s minds make it difficult for him to have confidence in the outcome of certifying presidential electors in each state. For this reason, he called in his open letter for a complete audit of every vote from states with extensive evidence of fraud, such as Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Michigan.
He called in his open letter that we must stand with the tens of millions of voters who are eager to answer the many irregularities in this election, that it is our obligation to ensure the integrity of the election, and that the American people must have confidence in the presidential election.
Finally, he said he would challenge the camp that will certify the results of the Electoral College in each state next January 6 in Congress and will vote against it.
Big meeting today with @realDonaldTrump, @VP, the President’s legal team, @freedomcaucus and other Members of Congress.
I will lead an objection to Georgia’s electors on Jan 6.
The courts refuse to hear the President’s legal case.
We’re going to make sure the People can!

According to CD Media, former U.S. Attorney Sidney Powell has set up a Telegram channel that bypasses the corrupt mainstream media for content censorship and is encrypted, easy to use and secure. Currently, Attorney Powell’s channel has over 5,000 subscribers.
In recent days, Attorney Powell has made intriguing announcements on the channel.
First, she confessed that the President was considering appointing her as a special prosecutor. The message was featured at the top of her channel.
Second, she posted two messages. One was the widely circulated story of the Friday Oval Office meeting at the White House that has been going on since last Friday. Both she and General Flynn were at that meeting, and CNN and The New York Times had said that at one point a heated argument broke out around the recommendation of whether to take martial law, with Powell and Flynn on one side and White House bureaucrats around Trump on the other.
And another is an excerpt from a U.S. military publication she excerpted, which states, “The military governing government is the supreme authority with the power to determine military action by force or agreement against land, property, and industrial targets on national, allied, or enemy territory, and when required to achieve national strategic objectives or protect national interests, the national leadership of the United States may decide to conduct military Intervention. The U.S. military, which supports the stabilization efforts (of the U.S. government), supports an electoral process to confirm the legitimacy of the government until the new government resumes all sovereign responsibilities and the political will of the United States is implemented.”
So, is Powell implying something?
Third, President Trump tweeted “martial law = fake news.” And according to the Telegraph mogul, this tweet from President Trump refers to the fact that the topic of martial law was not discussed at Friday’s meeting.
Taken together, Powell’s posting on the wire service may suggest a picture that President Trump will still appoint special investigators; however, he will not impose martial law, but will not rule out involving the military in the election, for example, by arranging for the military to re-run the election in a disputed state.
