Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani told Newsmax TV on Dec. 21 that his team could prove election fraud, but officials in the swing states in question refused to allow Trump’s team to directly inspect voting machines.
“It’s easy to prove that 10,000 non-citizens voted in Arizona,” Giuliani said, “and all they have to do is give me the voter list and check it in a Lexis-Nexis search, and I can find 40,000 non-citizen voters. “
But, Giuliani said, governors, election officials in Arizona and other swing states are not allowing the Trump team to investigate voter rolls.
“They also refused to allow us to check the voting machines.” Giuliani said, “If they’re not fraudulent, why won’t they let us inspect them? Why is the governor of Georgia holding on to that $110 million voting machine to death, just to keep us from inspecting it?”
He said Joe Biden should support an audit of the voting machines. He said the Trump team could prove election fraud.
The Epoch Times has sent requests for comment to the offices of the secretaries of state in Arizona and Georgia. Previously, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, and the state’s governor, Doug Ducey, a Republican, both said there was no evidence of fraud sufficient to change the outcome of the election; Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger also denied there was election fraud. There was no evidence of election fraud.
Giuliani also said over the weekend that the Trump team was unable to inspect voting machines in Arizona and other swing states.
Last Friday (Dec. 18), the Maricopa County (Ariz.) Board of Supervisors voted 4 to 1 to file a complaint with the Arizona Supreme Court alleging that state officials refused a state Senate subpoena to turn over voting machines and ballots.
In a statement, Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, said, “The first subpoena is for an audit of scanned ballots and the collection of electronic scans of all mail-in ballots in Maricopa County, Arizona, for the 2020 presidential election. The second subpoena is for a full audit of the vote counting equipment, related software and election management systems used in the 2020 presidential election.”
