U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced on December 21 that all Chinese Communist Party officials and their families involved in human rights abuses will be banned from entering the United States. This year, the U.S. has sanctioned Chinese Communist Party officials with a succession of heavy-handed measures, including bans on entry into the United States and property freezes.

A member of the deep state? Barr Rejects Independent Prosecutor for Election Fraud & Hunter Case
Barr Rejects Independent Prosecutor for Election and Hunt Cases
On Monday (Dec. 21), U.S. Attorney General William Barr said he sees no reason to create an independent prosecutor for the election fraud and Biden’s second son Hunter investigations.
Barr said at a press conference that he does not believe the Trump administration should confiscate election voting machines, adding that there are no plans to appoint an independent prosecutor to investigate Biden’s son Hunter.
In addition, Barr continued to deny claims that there were widespread and serious problems in the election. He claimed that there was fraud in most of the elections, in addition to not talking about the widespread problems of vote stuffing, election machine fraud, and voter ID abuse in this election.
In response to related news, Trump senior counsel Jenna Ellis commented, “Barr, maybe you need to sit down and rest. You did watch from the post long enough.”
Barr’s Justice Department has not done anything of substance to investigate the 2020 election fraud controversy after it erupted. The department was also accused of failing to act on the hard-drivegate scandal involving Biden’s son, Hunter, in October, a related development that sparked condemnation from conservatives.
U.S. Announces Additional Visa Restrictions for Chinese Communist Party Officials
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said in a statement on March 21 that the Communist Party’s authoritarian rulers have imposed draconian restrictions on the Chinese people’s freedoms of speech, belief, association and peaceful assembly, and that the United States has made clear that these human rights violators are not welcome in the United States.
Pompeo noted that he has imposed visa restrictions under the Immigration and Nationality Act on Chinese officials responsible for or involved in the oppression of religious figures, ethnic minorities, dissidents, human rights defenders, journalists, labor organizers, civil society organizers, and peaceful protesters, barring them from entering the United States. Family members of these individuals may also face the same restrictions.
He said, “The Chinese Communist Party is increasingly oppressing the Chinese people, and today’s move demonstrates the U.S. government’s determination to hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable for that.”
Pompeo said the U.S. has imposed a series of visa restrictions and financial sanctions on Chinese officials this year, including those involved in the horrific human rights abuses in Xinjiang, those who have blocked U.S. travel to Tibet, and those who have undermined Hong Kong’s autonomy. He emphasized, “Today’s action adds additional restrictions and applies to all CCP officials who engage in similar oppressive actions, regardless of where they are located.”
To counter the CCP’s long history of human rights abuses and misconduct in Hong Kong, Xinjiang, and Tibet, the U.S. executive branch has offered wave after wave of sanctions this year.
In Hong Kong, the U.S. imposed visa restrictions on June 26 on former and current Chinese officials who have undermined Hong Kong’s autonomy, human rights and fundamental freedoms, and on August 7 on Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, Hong Kong Police Commissioner Anthony Tang and 11 others, freezing their assets in the United States in order to prevent the Communist Party from passing the “Hong Kong National Security Law.
On November 9, the U.S. sanctioned four more officials for undermining Hong Kong’s autonomy, including Li Jiangzhou, deputy director of Beijing’s State Security Office in Hong Kong; Deng Zhonghua, deputy director of China’s Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office; Liu Chi-wai, head of the National Security Division of the Hong Kong Police Force; and Li Guihua, senior superintendent of police, who were banned from entering the country and had their assets frozen; and on December 7, the U.S. sanctioned 14 vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress for undermining Hong Kong’s democratic process.
In Xinjiang, on July 9, the U.S. side sanctioned four individuals, including Xinjiang Party Secretary Chen Guanguo, former Xinjiang Political and Legal Committee Secretary Zhu Hailun, Xinjiang Public Security Department Director Wang Mingshan, and former Xinjiang Public Security Department Party Secretary Huo Liujun, for having their assets frozen and the first three banned from entering the country; on July 31, the U.S. side sanctioned two additional Xinjiang officials.
In Tibet, the U.S. side imposed visa restrictions on July 7 on the grounds that the Chinese Communist Party continues to systematically prevent U.S. diplomats, journalists and travelers from traveling to Tibet, resulting in unequal bilateral treatment.
Trump asks swing states to audit ballot signatures: close to target
In a phone interview with U.S. media outlet WABC Radio on Sunday (Dec. 20), President Trump said his team is “getting closer” to its goal in challenging election results in key battleground states.
He said the fake news media won’t tell people that because America has lost its freedom of the press.
President Trump was both lighthearted and optimistic during an interview Sunday morning on New York conservative radio station WABC’s “Uncovering the Truth. He first wished host Maria Ryan and his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, who was interviewed with him, a Merry Christmas, before saying that his team and many others had uncovered voter fraud in six swing states and that “this is the biggest voter fraud in history. This is by far the most corrupt election this country has ever seen.”
Speaking of his ongoing challenge to the results in key battleground states, Trump said, “We’re getting closer and closer and closer. I want you to let everybody know that we’re actually very close. The fake news doesn’t tell you that, they don’t want to talk about it, they try to suppress it.”
Trump added, “We don’t have freedom of the press at all.” “It’s a terrible thing that’s happening in our country. It’s been going on for a long time, but now it’s reached a point where it’s a terrible thing.”
Trump continued, “We’ve got to restore it [freedom of the press], and the press is trying so hard to suppress it, and the fake news media is so misrepresented.” “I don’t even call it fake news anymore, I call it corrupt news.”
Trump again criticized Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for not allowing a full signature audit to begin in Fulton County, where massive election fraud occurred.
“They didn’t start verifying signatures in the right areas. They started in areas that weren’t very problematic, and even if they started in areas like that, they would have found a lot. But they should have let us do signature audits in the right areas, and you would have seen hundreds of thousands of false signatures, or signatures that didn’t even exist. “
Trump on illegal ballots: big news coming out of Pennsylvania
As he challenged the Pennsylvania election results, President Trump (Trump) announced on Monday morning (21) that there will be “big news” in the state.
In a tweet, Trump wrote, “Big news coming out of Pennsylvania,” but did not elaborate. He also wrote: “A lot of illegal votes were cast that cannot be explained. Rigged election!”
It was unclear whether Trump was referring to his campaign’s appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court on Sunday (20), previous disclosures by third parties or new developments.
The appeal by the Trump campaign seeks to overturn the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s rulings in three cases. The three cases charge that Pennsylvania “illegally changed” its vote-by-mail law around the time of the 2020 presidential election.
The lawyers argue that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decisions violate Article II of the Constitution and the 2000 Bush v. Gore decision.
The lawsuit is seeking “all appropriate remedies,” including revoking the appointment of electors who voted for Biden and allowing the Pennsylvania General Assembly to choose their own electors.
