The most wanted man is hiding in Hong Kong French police: 99% sure to commit another serious crime

British media reported on December 20, the French police believe that the country’s most wanted man Karim Ouali is in Hong Kong, and 99% confirmed that Ouali will commit another terrorist (gruesome) criminal offense.

British media Sky News (Sky News) 20 quoted the head of the French fugitive arrest and search team, Jacques Croly, said that Ouali suffers from depression, paranoia and schizophrenia, and those who meet with him should be fully aware that anyone who meets him is in danger.

Crowley said the French police and the Hong Kong government have launched extensive cooperation, but Vallee is still at large, they tried to handle the case carefully, and now publicly appeal to the public to pay attention to the matter, any information immediately to the police or to the EU website to provide relevant information.

Vallee is wanted for murder after attacking his colleague Jean Meyer with an axe in the control tower of Mulhouse airport in 2011. Vallee fled to Switzerland and then to Macau and Hong Kong by changing his surname from “O” to “Q” in his passport. He was arrested and briefly imprisoned in Hong Kong in 2014 for forging a passport and entering the country illegally, and his passport is now in the hands of the Hong Kong government. Wally’s whereabouts are unknown since 2016, but authorities have received reports in 2018 that he is still in Hong Kong, there is no further evidence that he has left Hong Kong.

Crowley believes that “he is not part of any criminal organization or organized group, no money or cash stashed somewhere, so he must start a new life in Hong Kong, he has a new wife, a son and presumably new friends.”
