Dominion Sends Threatening Letter to Powell’s Lawyer

Sidney Powell, a prominent U.S. attorney and former federal prosecutor, has received a threatening letter from Dominion Voting Systems asking her to retract her so-called “defamatory” allegations against Dominion.

In the letter to Powell, lawyers for Dominion demanded that she withdraw her allegations that Dominion voting machines rigged the 2020 U.S. election and threatened to expose herself and the Trump campaign to “significant legal exposure for defamation” if she did not do so, according to The Hill.

The letter came from the Alexandria, Virginia, law firm of Clare Locke.

There have been several videos confirming the ease with which Dominion voting machines can tamper with and spoon-feed ballots. Attorney Powell has stated outright that the Dominion voting system is specifically designed to rig elections.

Last week, Misty Martin, director of elections for Coffee County, Georgia, released a video demonstrating how the Dominion voting system can tamper with ballots through a “ruling” process that would flip the vote from President Trump to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

Martin said the Dominion software can be set to adjudicate all scanned ballots, even blank ballots, and allows any operator to access the adjudication process. Operators of the software can change ballots at will, including adding vote marks or invalidating original vote marks, without leaving any trace and without knowing who did it or which ballots were changed, she said. The system will only mark at least one ballot in the batch as having been ruled on, but “there is no way to track which ballot it was.

In addition, a judicial investigation of 22 Dominion voting machines in Antrim County, Michigan, found that Dominion had a 68.05 percent error rate.

In a 23-page report made public by attorney Matthew DePerno, it was written that Dominion’s error rate was 85,000 times higher than the allowed error rate of 0.0008 percent (or one error in 250,000 ballots), as determined by the Federal Election Commission (FEC). This suggests that Dominion caused fatal errors in the security and integrity of the election; the legitimacy and fairness of the entire Michigan election is in serious doubt.

The report concludes that the Dominion voting system was deliberately and purposefully designed to create systematic fraud by creating “fixed errors” to influence the outcome of the election.
